Guest Access:

Parking:

• There's a free onsite parking available in the parking lot next to the house and across from the house on a first-come, first-served basis and guests can park one vehicle. You can also park at the clubhouse but overnight parking is not allowed.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to the Hideaway Club at Storey Lake!

• Open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.

There is spectacular outlet shopping within minutes from Storey Lake, with a variety of dining establishments and entertainment options!

• Please note that the splash pad at The Hideaway Club – Storey Lake is temporarily closed for maintenance due to lifted flooring. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $99 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.

• Pool is available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
