6br 6ba Luxury Villa is Perfect for Your Vacation!

High-end luxury villa sleeps 16+! Amazing 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home in an upscale resort community close to all theme parks. Marble countertops, 10ft and 9ft crystal chandeliers, new appliances, private pool and hot tub, and WiFi.

There are NO POOL HEAT fees, NO PARKING fees, and NO RESORT fees!

The resort provides a gym, volleyball court, mini golf course, arcade, games, gift shop, community pool, cabanas, etc. Open 9am-8pm daily.

The house is located 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 35 minutes from Universal. Many malls and shopping areas are nearby. 1hr to beaches.

The private pool is heated at 85°F (safe for kids) and the private hot tub is set to 100°F, both settings are ideal. There is 1 grill at the house and you can certainly bring your own. The community has outdoor charcoal grills.

The backyard and patio are not too close to the neighbors (unlike most vacation homes which are very close to each other).

Several vehicles can be parked in the driveway.

Christmas Vacation for Family

We absolutely loved the house. It was beautiful, clean, and kid friendly. Loved that there was a bedroom downstairs for my mom, who’s a senior. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check in process was clear and easy. I love that it is in a gated community. The host is excellent and replied back to messages right away. This place is a 10/10, and I highly recommend.

Sweet sixteen

We rented this property because they allowed small gatherings of up to 50 people for my granddaughters sweet sixteen which we didn’t even have that many people but it was great. The pictures of the house are accurate and in person it is even more beautiful. The owner was awesome in responding to our messages very quickly. I definitely recommend this house. The pool area is very nice and we had a wonderful time. Six bathrooms was great to have. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

This home is awesome. We Love the pool and hot tub. We were here for 2 months. Our family came to visit for 21/2 weeks. The grandkids loved the pool the water was like bath water so nice and warm. 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms it was awesome. When my great granddaughter left she went out and said ( good bye pool I will miss you). We were close to everything right off US27 and close to 192. We had an awesome time. Great Property

House was great. Home was ready on time and clean when we arrived. Plenty of space and bathroom with great hot water. The patio area was amazing with lots of seating. The pool was absolutely perfect, nice and warm which allowed us to swim all day. Communication with property owner was flawless. Would definitely use this property again.

Enjoyed my vacation!

The house was nice and clean upon arrival. The pool/hot tub was the highlight for us. Spent every evening relaxing in the water. Bathrooms stocked with usual sample size body bar, shampoo, lotion, etc. Kitchen has everything you need although we only cooked breakfast. Property manager was quick to respond to my questions. House is about 30 mins from Icon Park. Publix and fast food restaurants nearby and lots of other dine-in options. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of space in the house. Would stay there again.

The home was very nice and spacious. 16 people fits comfortably. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location is centrally located near stores and theme parks. The neighborhood was quiet. Most definitely recommended.

The host, Danny, was outstanding. He immediately responded to any messages sent to him. The home pictures were accurate. Solana Resort is secure and was excellent for walking or roller blading. We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was an enormous hit with our grandchildren ages 4, 5 and 7. Jose was very helpful and persistent in getting the pool equipment working satisfactorily. The premises were a little longer than expected to get to WDW.

Perfect Home for Large Family Getaway!

I rent a lot of vacation homes and I can easily say this was one of my favorites ever. The home is beautiful and clean and incredibly spacious. The heated pool and hot tub made our evenings after Disney perfect. The home is well appointed with cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. There was never anything we needed. The owner even checked in on us via VRBO messages to make sure we had everything we needed. This will be my "go to orlando home".

The home was great! Clean and just as the listing described. The home is in a gated community that is strict on the number of cars allowed inside if you have multiple families/groups coming, but it is located just a short drive to Disney! Highly recommend!

 not what I paid for

We booked this house for a teens birthday with friends and specifically wanted a house with a heated hot tub and pool. We arrived and the internet did not work the first night but started working the 2nd day. The hot tub and pool were cold and we contacted the owner who said someone would come out but they never did, so we were unable to use the hot tub. The place did not appear to have been cleaned well
 there was a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms. The dresser in the downstairs bedroom seemed to be coming apart as it kept leaving wood shavings/powder on our clothes. There were not enough towels and wash clothes in the house. There were only 2 in the bathroom meant for the 2 kid rooms for 4 teens to share. The different colored lights in the photos were not there. There was also mold spots all over the pool and hot tub. It was a very pretty house but fell short of being what we were paying for!

Great floor plan & great entertaining area

We rented this property and had more than enough room for 7 of us. Having a washer and dryer to use was extremely helpful for us. We ran short on bath towels and couldn’t find beach towels for the pool (not a huge deal but would have been helpful to have). Pool & hot tub were wonderful! Having a few more things such as scissors, basic spices, more towels, would be good to consider
 I did have to reach out to the owner and response time was great. Thanks! We would recommend this property!

Clean, Comfortable, & Cozy

My stay was nothing short of amazing! Had a few minor concerns upon arrival but my Host Danny was prompt with a response & issues were resolved. Sometimes unforeseen things arise so How you handle a matter means alot to me. 5 ⭐ in my book!

Excellent Stay!

The house is beautiful and the house was clean. Danny the owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this property and will be staying again myself.

Perfect for large families

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. Danny was great to communicate with. He got back to me very quickly anytime I had a question from the time of booking through our actual stay. We are a family of 9 with two toddlers and an infant. We appreciated that there was already a crib and high chair there with twin beds for the kids. There was a lot of space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It was about 30 minutes from the parks and the community was nice.

Amazing stay!!

I don’t know where to start-our stay was simply perfect! The house is spectacular, incredibly clean and beautiful! Modern, bright, efficient and well supplied! The pool is heated and the backyard space is really private and spacious! The owner is so helpful and responsive! We had trouble with our air conditioner the first night and he changed the compressor the next morning! The location is safe, friendly and wonderful for waking and convenient for groceries, golf etc.... Also, very dog friendly! We stayed for 1 month and tried to extend our stay but the house was booked-we see why!! This place is a real gem!!! Can’t wait to go back!
