We iust returned from the most perfect large family vacation at "Once Upon a Villa". This is an absolutely beautiful home in an outstanding area and Dale has thought of everything. Communication was perfect from the moment I booked and continued ahead of and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything while we were there. Every space was spotless and PERFECT for a large multi-generational family and we can't wait to stay here in Once Upon a Villa again!

There were 13 of us staying here and we had a great time. Each room had a bathroom which is fantastic. Great house and great pool. The smart features took awhile to figure out and the King beds are very hard though.

Amazing place to stay, we'll be back!

It was such a great stay all around. Plenty of bedrooms for the entire family with a couple to spare. Our family skipped an amusement park day to spend time together around the relaxing pool and hot tub. Property managers were very responsive and helpful if we needed something or had a question. Beautiful home. Beautiful pool and hot tub! Steam room/outdoor bathroom was awesome! House was clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Some confusion with the pool lights and Alexa but management responded quickly and got it figured out. Only suggestion is to upgrade the fans in the bedrooms, especially not wanting the air below 73..and upgrade the king beds! They were a little hard and springy, and not very comfy.. seemed old.and worn.

Best house for family reunion

We have done a family reunion week every year at a different location around the country for the last 17 years. This was by far our favorite house of all. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom, except for a jack-n-jill on the ground floor. Everyone loved that. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool, hot tub, steam room, game room with pool table and video games. What's not to love?

Everything was great! The tv option was hard with kids. No nickelodean Disney channel. Things they normally would watch. The pool was ok even with the heater the water was still chilly for kids. But other than that an amazing smart house.

Mr, and Mrs, Hudson were amazing hosts. The property was beautiful, exactly as portrayed. My granddaughters loved swimming in the pool. It was glistening clean. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable. Because we had young children in our family group , most of our meals were prepared at the house. The kitchen itself was clean, as were the appliances. We did have to wash the pots and pans before we used them as there was greasy reside left from previous guests. The night before we left we loaded the dishwasher and washed and sanitized everything we used. We had to adjust our plans for visiting the WDW parks in the area because of Hurricane Milton. Being from the midwest and familiar with tornado and blizzard conditions, we knew what we had to do to survive the storm. Let me reassure you the villa was a very haven, and stood its ground during the storm. The kids even slept through most of it, the adults not so much....lol. I am not very tech savy, so that would be the only con for me, as the house is a very smart home. I highly recommend this property over a resort, for a very relaxing vacation with many amenities. Thank you Dale and Elaine for everything !!

Very nice stay

Overall the place was great. Just a couple things we communicated with the owner about, and they responded quickly. A little dissapointed that two of the three jacuzzi tubs were not functional and the third was unable to be used due to black grit coming out of the jets. However, the house was really nice and the owners were very communicative before and during our stay. Would definately stay here again.

Being the third time we have stayed in this paticular gated subdivision and different house, we have had nothing but good luck in Vista Park II. Dale's house was by far the cleanest, best kept, and well outfitted for our group's week long vacation. The pool is the biggest in the neighborhood, and the hot tub is hot-hot. Steam room works great. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking wares, plates, etc. Communication was prompt and on point with any minor details we encountered. The house is equipped with smart devices in every room, and operation is simple. Would stay here again, 10/10.

Wonderful Stay
