‱ POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



‱ GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The neighborhood was well kept and the home was beautiful. The host was very easy to communicate with and the home needed minimal cleaning. I had recently stayed at another home prior to this booking and the host was a total creep and the home was not clean at all (property #2426203). We plan to visit this home yearly for family vacations

Classic Weekend

We stay in champions gate everytime we visit Orlando but this property can use some updating. From the tore up furniture upstairs the paint on the walls need to be touched up there was no rags to bathe with a couple of big bath towels the kitchen did not have a can opener it was just a lot of lil stuff wrong with this place.

The house was amazing just a lil flaws like blinds missing at back sliding door and minor damage but my family enjoyed everything about the house the kids loved the movie room the house was clean and everything was nice looking forward to coming back again and again. What an amazing place!

Would definitely recommend. The villa was well presented and clean and the games and cinema rooms were great places to chill out at the end of a busy day. The pool and jacuzzi were also great places to relax and booking the pool heat in advance is a good thing. I would definitely book that villa next time we go to Florida. Highly recommended.

Great home good place to stay. Just a few minor issues

The home presents just as it is pictured online. We had a few issues when we first arrived like the pool heat not being on and it needed chemicals put in it so the kids were upset that they couldn’t get in to the next day. Also a few maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly. One of the reasons we got the Home was because they stated they had a PlayStation. They didn’t and during those times when it was raining that could have kept the kids occupied. That was the first thing they looked for. Overall the home and community was great and we would definitely stay in this home again.
