This beautiful waterfront villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street where you can enjoy all the outside areas. The villa is located 5 - 25 minutes from major attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and others. The development is just North of Hwy 27 & 192 and just 10 minutes to the gates of Disney World.

Shopping and local restaurants are within 2 to 15 minutes. Walmart, Publix, Super Target, JC Penneys,Kohl, Walgreens; Denny's, McDonald's, Burger King, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, A&W, Perkins, just to name a few are close by.

There are two master suites with luxurious bathrooms and beautifully furnished. Additionally there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, sleeping a maximum of eight people in comfort. In the fully equipped kitchen enjoy a 'gourmet' meal or just sandwiches overlooking the pool area. There are five TV's, all with WiFi capability and Streaming.

Outside, the professionally landscaped area with palm trees and other greenery overlooking the waterfront area add to the peaceful wildlife surroundings. The stunning sundeck area with a waterfall built into the pool area and covered patio with quality tables, sun loungers and chairs all provide ample opportunity to enjoy the Florida climate. NEW extended lanai area allows for full enjoyment of the lake during the entire day and evening.

There are children's play areas on-site, with tennis, soccer and basketball facilities less than a two-minute walk. If you decide to stay in enjoy a little 'Air Hockey' or 'Electronic' Basketball in the garage area. This holiday home is yours to enjoy and we welcome others to experience the joy it has brought us. I can’t say enough about the home and the hospitality shown by the owners and property manager. My family spent time at this beautiful home over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. We arrived to a clean living space stocked with basic essentials eliminating the need to immediately run out to purchase anything on our first day, which was Christmas Eve. With 2 separate living rooms, there was ample space to enjoy TV entertainment or sit and read. The highlight was having a perfect view of fireworks reflected over the lake! You can’t go wrong with renting this home anytime of year, but the heated pool option was a bonus for swimming in December!

We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. Great location for exploring Orlando and neighbouring areas. Really enjoyed the pool area and lake veiw, so peaceful and relaxing. The villa was very clean and comfortable inside and well equipped. Kitchen area, equipment and appliances were very clean. Made use of games room in garage and used some of the sports equipment - short walk to pickleball courts was also great. This was our fifth time to Orlando and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next vacation to Orlando. Also great communication with owner Alex.

Beautiful Home!!!

This is our 5th time renting a home in the Clermont area to visit family during the Summer as we like to have a pool for our children during our stay. Hands down, this was the BEST rental we have ever had! Everything was so nice and clean when we walked in, the pool was beautiful, and the property manager was so kind and attentive to all of the questions we had while we were there. The owners were also wonderful and communicative leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had a fantastic stay renting this property. My father, who lives in the area, even commented that it was the best rental we have ever had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic property

From the first email I got from the owner to the last, my experience was wonderful. The pool heat was fantastic, the house was clean, the communication was beyond and I would rent there again with zero hesitation! We rented the house for 5 weeks and it felt just like home. We have stayed many places and this is at the top of the list as far as exceeding expectations!All of the amenities like the coolers, camp chairs, chalk for the pool sticks, etc were perfect. We never had the “I wish they had this” feeling you get at other places we’ve stayed. The lanai and pool area were perfect with lots of room for everyone and a nice view!

The house was clean and ready for us and the owner and manager communicated very well. The pool is private and supplies a great view. We paid extra for pool heat and unlike some other houses we’ve rented with pool “heat” this water was warm. Well done.

Perfect Place to hang your hat.

We stayed 2 weeks at the property, all the amenities of home were provided. It’s located in a cul-de-sac / quiet neighbourhood where most live permanently. The location was close enough to all the parks but far enough away from the major hustle and bustle. Improvements in flooring were evident. Good bones, quiet neighborhood, some age related wear & tear.

The ownership & management communicated well leading to a smooth check in experience. Management was also prompt in responding to identified concerns. The home was as advertised, with a good layout & desireable features. The infant items (strollers, high chair, etc.) were very helpful. The home is experiencing some wear due to age. There was an excessive amount of local pests in the property (primarily ants, though some roaches & lizards, and 1 tiny baby snake). That was a major issue for my party. Otherwise the home was as advertised, in a good location, & met our basic needs. The pool area was a highlight.

This property is lovely and the owner was fantastic to work with!

My husband and I, and our daughter and son-in-law stayed at this property for a week. The check in process could not have been easier and the owner Alex was very responsive to all of our questions beforehand. The enclosed patio is huge and the pool is beautiful. It backs up to a nature preserve and lake, and was so relaxing! The beds in both master bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we are really picky about beds! There are plenty of towels for showers and the pool and the other bedrooms would be great for kids! We will definitely return if we're in this area again!

Great house!

Very nice neighborhood. We used the tennis courts and went for evening walks. The pool and patio were a nice size and the house was neat and clean.
