Sunrise Lakes Community
The community of Sunrise Lakes is situated on the US27, a mile north of the bustling US192. Disney World is less than 10 miles away, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are with a few miles. Community facilities, located just 50 yards away from the villa, are free for all guests to use, include a swimming pool, spa, childrenâs play area and, of course, beautiful fishing lakes all around.
Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Sunrise Lakes is a great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios approximately 30-35 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Island H2o Live! which is just 10 - 15 Minutes away.
Sunrise Lakes is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Shops - Sunrise Lakes is positioned midway between a large 24hr Walmart store at Cagans Crossing and a Publix supermarket north on the US27, both of these can be reached within a few minutes. For other shopping requirements you could head to Posner Park, 11 miles south on the US27, or Rolling Oaks, 6 miles along the nearby US192. Bargain hunters looking big names should head to Premium Outlets (Exit 68 on the I-4 Highway) which will take about 30 minutes to reach.
Restaurants - Within a mile or so of Sunrise Lakes you will find a Hurricanes restaurant, a couple of take-aways and a few independent restaurants within the Cagan Crossing area. Alternatively head north up the US27 towards Clermont for a good selection with shorter waiting times than those of the same restaurants along the US192 which is a couple of miles south down the US27.
*Pool heating is recommended between the months of October to April, if required it is charged at $33 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
