You will have access to the entire house including the pool and spa in the backyard.

Check-in will be with a digital lock on the door.

Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $25/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.

BBQ: there is a one time $50 BBQ fee if you use the BBQ.
