Very Clean and Spacious

It’s a beautiful home! I loved the location. With having teenagers, it was nice to have a Starbucks and Publix nearby for a quick run. The house was very clean.The only complaint I have out of the whole trip is the hot tub was not getting hot like a hot tub is suppose to be. Thank you for your kindness throughout our stay.

Amazing stay

This property is even better than the photos. The rooms are all great sizes, everything was very clean and the house had everything you need for your stay. We had a total of 9 people ranging from ages 8 to 17 and 3 adults. We had so much extra space. The owner is also very responsive if you need anything additional. The location is very close to Disney and ESPN. There is a heavy presence of security to get into the neighborhood which was nice so that the resort pool is not overwhelmed with people who aren’t staying there. The private pool was the best part - it was clean, warm and so much fun for both kids and adults. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next year when we return. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway, whether it be to simply enjoy the house and private pool or for Disney.

Just like the pictures !!!

My family of 10 had a great stay at this home. The decor and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The bedding and towels you could tell were professionally cleaned. The house was very spacious. The neighborhood is busy but quiet at night. Lots of traffic in the area but close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Check in process was very smooth.Abishan was a wonderful host and did an excellent job with communication. Pool area was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. Also great that trash is picked up daily. I gave a 4 for the cleanliness of the property because the floors could have used some cleaning but that was a minor thing. Overall a great stay and I would stay at this house again !!!!!

We stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the upstairs game area. The pool/hot tub was one of the best we have had. Owner was very good at replying to all communication. Second time we have stayed at this resort. This time was the best experience we had.

Sunshine Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The large outdoor entertaining area was perfect for gatherings and relaxation. We loved spending time in our private pool, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location was ideal—situated on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the fantastic Windsor Island clubhouse. The kids had a blast with the water slides and the FREE arcade, we also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks available by the poolside. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend!

Shared this property with 2 other families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked out perfectly. Living room upstairs was a great hang out for the kids. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone. Only things to be aware of is that you are not provided much when it comes to kitchen and bath items and pool/hot tub do not fully heat when outside temp is cold. Other than that, great house.

Perfect Family Getaway: Beautiful Home, Great Location, and Top-Notch Amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Davenport, Florida! From the start, the owner was excellent at communicating with us, ensuring we had all the information we needed before our trip. The house is located in a lovely gated community, which added an extra sense of security. The clubhouse was a huge highlight for our family, featuring a stunning pool, lazy river, slides, sand volleyball, basketball court, mini golf, and even relaxing cabanas. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, with plenty of bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had all the appliances, pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The televisions were well-sized, and the pool area was perfect, complete with a hot tub for relaxation. We also loved the convenience of having a Starbucks, Publix, and CVS within a half-mile of the house. Now, that's convenient! Everything in the home worked exactly as described, and we didn’t need to contact the owner for anything during our stay. Instructions for check-out were clear and easy to follow, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a safe, enjoyable, and memorable family weekend in Florida. A big thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful experience!

Great house

This house was great for the 4 families that enjoyed it for the weekend. It was spacious and as described in the listing. The host was super fast to engage and respond leading up to the reservation. Check in was smooth. You should bring extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap and sponge and shampoo and conditioner if you are a large group or staying many days but there is a grocery store and Walmart nearby. Overall a great house yo recommend.

We had a group of 10 staying. None of the bathrooms had any washcloths or extra towels. One towel per guest for the 4 days we stayed. There weren’t any dishwashing tabs (said they were available). We had one kitchen hand towel for the entire stay, no extra trash bags, only the one in the trash can. Bed lines had curly black hairs all over and were filthy. They finally came the day before we left to replace . We declined since we were already leaving the next morning. None of the games upstairs were available to play because the pool sticks were broke and the air hockey table didn’t have a puck. When we plugged in the air hockey table the fuse blew. The grill area was dirty as well as the outdoor ceiling fan. So grosse. When j told the host he wanted pics of the issues but nothing was done to fix anything other than coming to fix the blown fuse. Other than it being a beautiful house, that’s all it really is unfortunately.

My entire famliy with the in laws in tow wanted to celebrate the baby of the famliy turning 13 on the 13th! a GOLDEN Birthdays and the accommodations at this property where GOLDEN and did not disappoint. Perfect for large famliy trips and families that like to cook. There is not one complaint. The resort was perfect also.

Great vacation home! Would recommend!

As someone who relies heavily on reviews I’d like to give a thorough review! From our first e-mail, communication with the owner was excellent and that remained consistent all the way through our stay! Check-in was easy, as we were given a code to enter when we arrived. Overall the house seemed clean and spacious. Each bed was equipped with a sealed package including pool towel, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was also clean and well stocked with dishes/silverware which was appreciated! The pool was nice and the included heat was a huge plus!! The upstairs game room was nice to have as well. Among many great things with this home there were quite a few ‘small’ things that need improved (but not enough for us to not give it 5 stars) Hopefully these things can help the owner/future tenants . First, the kitchen cooking pans were in very bad shape. They need replaced. Also, the garbage disposal did not work. Another area was the upstairs game room. There was no way to plug in the air hockey table and 2/4 of the pool sticks were usable. The pool patio area needs a good cleaning & the net to clean the pool was broken. Again, these were minor things and we still enjoyed our stay in this villa. The last thing I’d like to bring up, that the owner has no control over, were the noisy neighbors! We were woken up multiple nights…You’d think people would have more respect staying in a neighborhood. But…Overall…great villa!

Pleased with our stay

This was a lovely home to stay in. We did have a few issues within the first couple hours of our stay. There is limited dresser space for clothes and didn’t seem to have enough hangers but they did bring some to us a few days later. The pool and spa wasn’t working for the first few days but the property manager was quick to have someone fix the issue. The back door lock wasn’t working. Like I said small issues that got fixed within a timely manner.The home has lots of dishes and everything you could possibly need to eat and prepare meals . The small issues we had were fixed and did give us a late checkout for our issues. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Great House/Neighborhood/Resort

The communication with this property owner was amazing before and during our stay. This is my second time staying on the resort and I experienced a different level of hospitality and communication with this owner versus the company owned property. This is a very nice home and was a home away from home for me and my family. We purchased Sea World tickets but between the private pool at the house and water park located on the resort our kids did not want to leave the home and go to SeaWorld.

Very little to complain about

We had a great time, plenty of room and the host was quick to respond. The neighbors in one of the next door houses were very noisy and loud very late one night. Previous renters had broken the pool sticks, so we couldn't play pool. the kitchen needed towels dishcloths and hot pads. Overall a great place to stay!!
