Step inside to a bright, airy main floor where you can relax in the living room and watch the 52" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make family meals a breeze. For endless entertainment, the incredible game room features a pool table, arcade games, and its own Smart TV.

A convenient queen bedroom is also located on the first floor, with access to a shared bathroom.

Head upstairs to discover a cozy loft space, perfect for unwinding. The luxurious Master Suite awaits with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a double sink and shower. Three more bedrooms offer unique experiences: a second Queen bedroom with its own ensuite, a jungle-themed room with a trundle bunk bed (Full + 2 Twins), and a whimsical Mickey & Friends room with another bunk bed (Full + Twin).

Your private outdoor oasis features a screened-in patio with a sparkling pool and an attached hot tub. Fire up the grill for an evening BBQ at the patio dining table or simply soak up the Florida sun on the comfortable sun loungers.

### Getting Around

### House Rules

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Minimum Age: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

* **Pool & Hot Tub Heat:** This service is available for an additional fee of $30 USD + tax per night for your entire stay. Please request this at least 2 days before your check-in date. Note: The pool and attached hot tub are heated to the same temperature.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be provided for your stay for a fee of $65 USD + tax. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Amenities:** We provide linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A Pack-and-Play and a high chair are also available upon request.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions if you plan on having packages delivered during your stay.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to assist with services like Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
