Was just there for a huge convention too many extra fees tacked on to a already mediocre room then to keep being charged for 250 every 3 hours for incidentals. Food prices out of this world. Parking out of this world. No cookie. On check in. Too many mistakes on check in and through billing to list.

I liked that the room was spacious and had access to the Garden area. I was surprised that after the lobby store closed, there were no neccessities for purchase at the front desk or lobby area. Though, the hotel is conveniently located, it was a bit of a bother having to run out to a nearby pharmacy late in to the night. Otherwise good stay.

I felt like I was in a motel. Soent so much to stay in a room that stunk and smelt like mold. Dirty floors and the walls were so thin you can hear everything.

Property is dated, needs updates to rooms. Disappointing arrival, given wrong room, had to call front desk at 9pm was assigned a garden room (which was not my reserved request). Oh and No warm cookies, had to ask for next day. Room was far from main areas and pool, room was damp smelling. Plus side=excellent staff workers friendly helpful. Parking good,housekeeping did great job. Frankly as a Hilton member this was not as expected as experienced in other locations.

Very disappointed

We expected to stay on a top floor room and have a view of seaworld. Yet... we stayed in what felt like econo lodge. Parking was horrible, the rooms were villas (accessible from outside rather than inside) and we had to walk through clouds of marijuana smoke to get to our rooms. This was not what we expected from double tree
