I thought I was staying at a hilton come to find out i would have been better off at a days inn. The room had plaster coming off the walls, the door did not close all the way, and i woke up to roaches in the morning. Keep your money and stay somewhere else.

We were not offered any complimentary breakfast. The room itself of lacking- dirty,musty and old. Things didn’t work and we were woken up many times during the first night of our stay by loud noises from the room next to us using their bathroom fan that must not have been working. Pictured on the website is a nice hotel and that is not what you get. The hot tub was not not working during our 3 day stay. I would not recommend staying here to anyone and I do not plan to stay at any Hilton property again because I think it’s all a sham definitely not worth the money. Also charged a resort for each night which was not explained well on the hotel’s website.

The room was in good condition and clean, The staff was okay, they could be a little more attentive. Please update the picture online for the villas, they look like the rooms in the tower .

Guest service was very rude. Room was not cleaned and they would not move me nor clean it. I spent time going to Walmart to get stuff to clean and sheets. Will never stay here again
