Room Not Clean

Our stay this time was disappointing compared to our previous visit. The room was not clean — there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, leftover beer in the fridge (likely from the previous guest), and cobwebs on the lamps. The lack of cleanliness really stood out, and unfortunately, it has left us unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful! The breakfast buffett wasnt available, but the menu options were excellent and included in the vouchers that we purchased. The rooms were large and very clean. The location could not have been better. We will definitely return for our next stay in Orlando.

Information Would be Nice

$30 to park, check-in was easy but lady at the desk wasn't very informative. Keep your room key unitl after you leave the parking lot, it's needed to exit. The complimentary breakfast requires a voucher, another thing the front desk could have told me upon checking in. The hotel was ok, i just would have liked some information when I checked in to avoid confusion later.

First of all the price booked on Expedia is different from what you’re paying at the hotel. What they don’t tell you is that you’re paying $30 to park and then we had to drive around for 45 minutes looking for parking which was absolutely ridiculous!
