Was just there for a huge convention too many extra fees tacked on to a already mediocre room then to keep being charged for 250 every 3 hours for incidentals. Food prices out of this world. Parking out of this world. No cookie. On check in. Too many mistakes on check in and through billing to list.

Really nice property, especially for the price. I don’t think I have any real complaints. Maybe the main exterior walkways could use a little renovation as far as space for people to walk throughout the resort but besides that I feel like it’s a really nice hotel for your money good for small family getaways even though I was here by myself for the weekend.

Front service terrible route obnoxious not helpful reverse nasty. I seen a cockroach here in the bathroom. Also on the bed no elevator I had to carry my own luggage to the second floor. Disgusting the worst Doubletree I have ever stayed in please notify. I would be calling you for a full refund. Unacceptable.
