Check in staff member was not very friendly or helpful. We did not get the room we originally booked and had to stay on the motel side of the resort. For a Doubletree I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms- very outdated. The property was also extremely loud all night long- people yelling, slamming doors and that annoying back up noise trucks make.

Took over 3 hours to reach the front desk. The room we were given smelled strongly of chlorine, even though we did not stay near a pool. The shower floor was disgusting. And the bathroom lighting was terrible - I could not shave because I could not see my skin. Would NEVER stay here again.
