Check in staff member was not very friendly or helpful. We did not get the room we originally booked and had to stay on the motel side of the resort. For a Doubletree I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms- very outdated. The property was also extremely loud all night long- people yelling, slamming doors and that annoying back up noise trucks make.

There was no breakfast as they said the whole place was very confusing the front desk person was so unhappy with her job I felt uncomfortable the kids were even asking to go elsewhere there were no trash bags in the trash cans etc

The resort is amazing. I love the breakfast, surrounding area, the amenities etc. Staff were very helpful too. But the room smelled very funky. That’s the only downside.

I did left and did not stay First, they tacked on a a resort fee and a parking fee which Expedia did not include in its all inclusive price guarantee. Secondly, I drove the whole parking lot for 20 minutes and there was not one, not one, parking spot available. Management knew this but still charged the fee and made it impossible to park anywhere on their property. As there was no place to park, I went directly to the front desk and told them I was not staying because there is no place to park. I had to drive 4 hours to get to my home at 3 am this morning. I will never use them or Expedia.

This hotel I have stayed at twice unmistaknly.Every time i've gone, the room is completely dirty.They do not vacuum, they do not mop.They do not do anything.There is hair everywhere all over the bathroom floor there's hair all over the bathroom tub.It smells like roach spray, so it is disgusting
