Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Disappointed

Over all a disappointing experience. Many things with the house and follow-up service we received was not to our satisfaction. We sent a list of things we observed to the Executive Villas, awaiting a response from them regarding the many items we reported. Would not recommend this property. Many repairs needs attention.

The property was a beautiful property. The tvs didn't have cable, toliet was not working my husband had to fix it, It took maintenance/tv person until 11:30a and still really didn't help or do anything. There was so many blinds missing they should've just had curtains and finally the washing machine sounded like the police knocking on the door. I will not rent in this location again. I was not happy but we made the best of it.

Beautiful to look at but lots of problems!!!!

Our stay was full of problems with this vacation rental!! We had an ant problem in the 2 kids rooms & bathroom upstairs, ants were EVERYWHERE! We also had encounters with HUGE roaches in the kitchen area, biggest roaches I've ever seen! A/C unit upstairs created a mount of problems from overflowing water/condensation from the unit with water that soaked the carpet upstairs & all the way through to the ceiling downstairs to where it left a puddle of water DAILY causing a major possible falling hazard for my older family members. The pool employees came & turned on the water hose & left which flooded the surrounding grass & pool area!! Luckily a family member noticed it & cut the water off otherwise it could've flooded the downstairs area! The TV in the Mickey Mouse room had volume but no picture. The bedroom with the King bed & black comforter set had no lights that worked. The room I stayed in had lights but flickered constantly. I contacted the number provided for issues that arise. The A/C worker came out but clearly didn't correct the problem since the unit continued to leak & leave a puddle downstairs, so much so that we had to use a cooking pot from the kitchen to catch the water!! We were also told someone would be out to resolve the issue of ants but no one showed! Lots of stains on the carpet & furniture as well. The pool table upstairs had tears on the table & all the pockets the balls roll into were broken so when a ball rolled into the pocket it would fall to the ground which made a loud noise downstairs like someone had fell upstairs. So it's nice to look at online but this rental has LOTS of problems/issues! Definitely not worth the money we paid for it for the week!

The house itself was very accommodating to our family size. A beautiful home with terrible upkeep. The issue is these "cleaning" companies. They do not clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was moldy buildup in some of the showers. The floor was not mopped properly. The check in was delayed bc the property wasn't clean and after we inspected it we weren't happy. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies to do what we were already charged for. Very unfortunate.

Worst Rental Ever!!! Renters beware!

We arrived at the house at 3:45pm. House was nasty and dirty. Linens were not previously washed. There was hair in the bed, crumbs, in one room the sheets smelled of men's cologne. Ceiling fans full of dirt, carpet, heavily stained and dirty, black molded on shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, refrigerator was not cleaned, no linens, poo; toys from previous renters left in patio area, no screen in window of second floor children's room and much more. i have pictures!

I will never stay there again!!

I have emailed this property and asks them would everything be fixed before we arrive. Someone emailed back and said, yes, everything has been taking care of. Well, it hasn't; the carpet was nasty and had bugs crawling around. One of the beds had white stuff on it, and the pool was nasty. I called the day we arrived and told them about it, we checked in that Monday, and someone came out that Friday, and we were leaving Sunday. Saturday, someone came and fixed the door to the bathroom. Please do not rent from this place. Read all the reviews before purchasing.

Would not recommend this place, carpets are filthy, felt like you had to walk around with shoes or flip flops the entire time, who ever is doing the cleaning after each stay does a horrible job, tile floors had dirt and nasty, countertops and tables where not cleaned up very good, some of the door handles fell off, the sliding glass doors were difficult to lock if you could get them to lock, pool was dirty, we spent the first half of the day cleaning so you could somewhat touch things, I would not recommend this place

Details that make the difference

I thought about canceling my reservation, as I did not receive responses from the emails of doubts I sent, I needed to change the reservation and they were not updated on the Homeaway website, I was afraid of having to pay, but it was not necessary, even without the update on the website . The house is exactly as shown in the photos, however, there are several damaged things that you don't see in the photos. If you want the heated pool you need to pay for the entire stay. I stayed for 11 days, right at the beginning, for 1 day the pool was cold, I sent an email reporting it and got no response, so I called the center and they went to solve the problem. The curtain in the living room was damaged, a refrigerator did not work, there was a lot of dirt on the walls, few instructions about garbage collection. I communicated, by email, as soon as I arrived at the house reporting these problems and received no response. Another factor that I think is particularly bad, but it is common in American homes, is that the air conditioning is central, at least in this house there was an upper and lower central, but with a large group of people this can be a problem. Even with all these questions I recommend the house, I even managed to make the chekin before the usual time, I sincerely hope that these details will be reviewed, as they make a big difference in the satisfaction of the guest.

Lots of room

The house had lots of room for our family of 24 people. 12 kids and 12 adults. There are few things that was discouraging. The cleanliness was not there. Stains all over the carpet, sticky goo under the table legs, bathtubs not totally clean.The pots and pans were not able to be used because the anti scratch coating was all but gone. Which is not safe for consumption. (I actually bought a frying pan). One of the refrigerators was not working. The stove smoked when you used the oven. The house had a great location and walking paths for exercise. Everything was very close by. Pool was heated and lots of fun. The jacuzzi was also great. I also left a hot air popper there. Hopefully the next person can enjoy the popcorn while watching a movie upstairs with the Giant movie screen.

Nice house but needs more attention Stayed July 1 thru 7th 2019

The house is nice but it has not been taken care of properly. The pool was Disgusting when we arrived. The water was green and it had algae all over it. I called to let the management know and they said they will send someone, well no one came that day. The next morning I called again and took pictures of how nasty it was. I was asked to send the pictures then they finally sent a pool guy over. The pool guy was amazed with how nasty it was. He told me they clean the pools weekly but clearly that pool had not been cleaned in weeks or maybe months. After he finished doing what he needed to do he told me that it won’t be ready for about 24 hours so all the kids that were with me could not get in the pool which really blew me because that upset them. The next day the pool guy was in the neighborhood and I went to him to ask him to come check out the pool, it still wasn’t clear, he treated it again. He said something about the filters. Finally on the evening of our 3rd night there we were able to get in the pool. As far as the inside of the house, it’s nice but the carpet on the stairs is very filthy, a closet door was off and leaning against the wall in the kids room, one of the slide door handle to the pool area was broken and the bottom of the shower curtain in a couple of the bathrooms were dirty. I take trips to Orlando every year and I stay in different places. This was one of the worse houses I’ve stayed in mainly because of the pool issue. With the pool being like that, it made me start looking at other things in the house. The sad part is, it’s a very nice house just not being taken care of properly. On the positive side, it is a nice size house I had a party of 22 and it was plenty of room everyone. They did send someone to fix the door immediately after being reported. Even though the clubhouse was not complete they did have a nice pool up there and the children were able to go there while our pool was down.

Very unhappy

We got there and the fridge wasn't working and we called and they sent someone to the home and they didn't fix the issue and we had to spend our whole vacation calling the manager and they never came back we went without a remote all week after we called all week for it and we were told we would get one but never did and our food for ruined and we asked about reimbursement but to no avail and we emailed and called no response on the issues the sheets were dirty with stains and hair under the covers we had to wash all linens and the stains came out once they were washed so they could have been cleaned will never stay with this company again

Not the best

The house is nice but the first night was terrible alarm repeatedly went off waking the kids up at 1am they had to come completely shut it off so we weren’t completely secure when leaving the house far as our belongings and the bunk beds were broken with a sharp pointed edge poking from the wood so we had to buy blow up mattresses because we didn’t want the kids to get hurt so my overall rating 4 they didn’t try and composite us
