GORGEOUS 3 BED / 3 BATH VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL. FULLY REMODELLED

Our beautiful property was fully refurbished in 2022 to create a stylish and relaxing vacation home. Our home is located in the popular gated community Reserve at Town Center resort in Davenport Florida, the gated community provides a secure and quiet area with stunning views around the lakes.

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home backs on to the Town Center Lake providing the perfect area for a peaceful morning coffee or space to relax and watch the sunset at the end of a busy day at the nearby theme parks.

Disney World is a 15 minute drive from our home and the I-4 is close by reaching all the popular attractions around the Orlando area. If you are a keen golfer there are a number of popular course nearby such as Reunion, Championsgate and Celebration to name a few.

A short drive 5 minutes from Reserve at Town Center you will find a number of shops such Publix, CVS, Wawa and Aldi. The area has some new restaurants close by including Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and Starbucks.

You will enter the villa to a spacious open plan living and dining area that sits beside a large kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You will have access to a washer and dryer in the garage space. The modern kitchen space provides a stunning social space for all the family.

The dining area opens out via sliding double doors onto a large private south facing pool with outdoor dining area and sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon request.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a large walk in wardrobe and en suite equipped a modern shower and vanity area, the en suite has direct access to the pool deck via a side door.

The second bedroom also provides a comfortable king sized bed and a large en suite bathroom with a large shower and vanity area.

Bedroom three features a family style bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Across from bedroom three you will find a bathroom with shower and tub.

Bed linen, bath and pool towels are all provided.

All bedrooms and the living area have access to large TVs with cable available as standard. Complimentary high speed wifi is also available as standard.

If you are travelling with young children you will access to our crib and high chair at no extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT POOL HEATING IS AN ADDITIONAL EXTRA AND SHOULD BE ARRANGED WITH THE OWNER IN ADVANCE - PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO ADD THIS OPTION TO THE RENTAL FEE.

Traveled with my mom and my 2 year old son. Beautiful home. Everything as described on listing. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community. House is spacious and equipped with everything you may need. Close to shopping and restaurants as well as a short drive to Disney. Susan was wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely rent in the future. Planning on coming back next year. Thank you!

Lovely newly renovated villa. We love the Gated community and heated pool. Host responded to TV issue and resolved the issue quickly. Beside the smoke detector triggers twice for no reason, this is perfect vacation house.

What an excellent property this is - clearly remodelled and very modern looking with all the required conveniences and more. Well-stocked kitchen and all that is required for any length of stay. Last Minute Spring Break

We selected the area because it was close to Orlando for Universal and on the closer side to catch a couple spring training games in Lakeland. Absolutely no fault of the owner, but keep in mind traffic is insane. 20 miles can take over an hour depending on your destination. The house was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. If you have two vehicles, parking can be a bit tricky in the small gated community and can really only fit one in the driveway. The pool was wonderful and we used it daily. Every evening there were bunny rabbits running around behind the house, which the kids thought was cool. The house and the trip were so great, my only knock was limiting the air conditioning to 74. Sleeping was manageable with the ceiling fans on, but that could be an easy fix by the owner.

We booked this house last minute and it was amazing! Susan was great to work with and was very quick to respond to questions we had. The house was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make lunch and dinner. We stayed here with young children and it was perfect! Will def book here again!

This home was immaculate! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice! The pool was pristine. The neighborhood was very nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

Lovely home, updated and clean. Exactly as showed in pictures. We stayed for 6 weeks. First couple with daughter and her spouse and grandkids. 3 year old loved the Mickey Mouse bunk bed room. This home was great because it had 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Plus a main bathroom. Loved that the Lanai was facing south so we had sun all day with lots of shade on the patio. Susan had a lovely patio dining set to enjoy your meals outside, which we used for lunch and evening meals. Lots of privacy as well. Got to enjoy nature from patio as Sandhill Cranes often came to visit and even witnessed a turtle dig and bury her eggs in the sand hill off the pond. Highly recommend this home. Thanks Susan.

Relaxing house with great amenities

We stayed for 6 days with our adult children. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything we might have needed in the kitchen was provided. Instructions were clear for check in and out (except for one contradictory instruction regarding the sheets, but this was quickly answered by the owner). The subdivision was very quiet and since it is gated, we felt quite safe. We would happily stay here again!

Very relaxing, Very nice property.

Lovely property in a mainly quiet gated community, renovated to a very high spec, spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the pics on the VRBO site. Journey to Disney parking lots was under half-hour before 9am. Small issue with pool timer (switching on late. daylight saving issue) was soon fixed. Again, no expense spared on pool furniture. Communication with the owner & property management was first class. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay !
