Welcome to central Florida at it’s finest. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly decorated pool home is waiting to accommodate all of your vacation needs. Located just 15 minutes from Disney attractions, you can experience it all—the excitement of one of the world’s most fascinating vacation destinations within the comfort of your own private pool home. Our bright and spacious home features 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. Along with the 2 folding cots you have the option of accommodating up to 8 persons.
Our fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare a gourmet meal, or merely take some snacks poolside and enjoy the serenity of your screen enclosed pool and lanai. Gas pool heat is optional for your stay but requires an additional fee. We suggest the gas pool heat from November through April if you plan to use the pool.
The 2 bathrooms feature a tub and shower in the secondary bath and a garden shower in the master suite with direct access to the pool area. Whatever type of holiday you desire, fast-paced and exciting, quiet and serene or somewhere in between, the possibilities are endless.

Exactly what we needed!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, spacious, and located in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood. It felt very safe and was incredibly convenient- just 25 minutes from Disney with plenty of amenities close by. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, and communication from Jim and Bonnie was exceptional throughout. It felt like home and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Vacation Home!

The hosts were superb. They called me as soon as I booked the vacation to welcome me and answer any questions. They sent a packet about a month before my stay with all information I needed. The house was very clean and stocked full of anything we needed: towels, pool towels, dishes, cutlery, bedding. The electronics & wifi were user-friendly. Everything was awesome! I would return to this house on another vacation for sure!

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim and Bonnie’s Davenport FL home! The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was fun for my boys to enjoy after a day at the park, and Jim was super responsive and a super kind host! The house has alarms on doors and windows to keep kids safe with the pool, there were starter items like shampoo and toilet paper and dishwasher tablets to get you started, and the home is real close to 192 with has any store or restaurant you would want or need. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you Jim & Bonnie!

Stellar Hosts/Wonderful Home

We had a terrific stay. From the moment we booked, and throughout our entire stay, the owners provided excellent communication. Jim and Bonnie truly want you to feel welcome and comfortable, and they do what’s needed to make that happen. The information they provided on the space launches was an added bonus. Perfect stay for event

We stayed here for Wedding we attended on Disney property. Great location close to alot of restaurants and stores. For us it was away from the parks and all that commotion to feel more relaxed but close enough to get too. The place was very roomy and comfortable. The pool was nice size. The loungers outside were perfect. Just a very nice relaxing home. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had and showed interest in making sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Jim and Bonnie are the best!

My family and I stayed from 7/11/23 - 7/14/23. The home was perfect, quiet and cozy. The pool was amazing. Jim and Bonnie (owners) made the entire experience a pleasure. Their welcome packet provided a lot of insight prior to our arrival which made being first time area visitors much easier to navigate. The home is close to everything Orlando has to offer yet sits in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the pool was a great way to unwind from a long day exploring. I look forward to staying there again during our next Orlando visit

Spring Break Destination

We had a great week staying in this home. The house was exactly as pictured. It had plenty of room for our family of four. The pool was very nice and plenty of outside room. The location is so convenient and so easy to get anywhere. The hosts were amazing. They responded quickly to any questions or needs. They even told us about a rocket launch that was taking place and how where to look to see it from the house. We would definitely recommend the house and will be back to stay again if we are in the area again.

We enjoyed a great week in Orlando. The vacation home was well appointed and had all the amenities we needed. Follow the home-owners advice and bring the extra supplies suggested on the list of things not provided (extra trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher and clothes washer detergent, etc). The beds were comfy in guest rooms. Larger en suite bedroom bed was pretty firm for us. Thanks for a comfortable home-away-from-home. Fun vacation!
