Don`t let the fun end at the parks!
-Community Pool and Amenities free to all guests
-Quick drive to Disney main gate.
-Optional pool heat is $40 per day plus tax and it is recommended from November through April. To heat the SPA, the pool heater must be turned on.

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
There is a $20 fee per car paid at Clubhouse for vehicle access managed by the resort.

-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.


No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.

MUST STAY IF GOING TO DISNEY/ORLANDO!!

We stayed at this property for our DISNEY trip to Orlando and it was AMAZING! The check in process was super easy! When entering the resort I showed my ID and gave the property address and was given a temporary parking pass. We got a permanent one the next day only took a few minutes! We were sent a code to open the door to the home and had zero issues. The home was exactly as showed in the picture and perfect for our large family! The pool and hot tub were a WIN for everyone and we spent hours swimming and having fun! We paid the extra to have the pool heated as we went in October. The pool table and air hockey table was also a hit! There were 5 TVs and everyone was able to watch what they wanted during downtime! The property was clean and we made use of the stove/fridge/dishwasher and saved a lot of money on food. The host was VERY responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Disney and I would give this property a 10/10!!!

Family Disney Trip

House was perfect for our family of 8. Equipped with high chair and pack-play for our youngest grandson. The older boys loved the pool. Lots of space and location is great for those that don’t want to stay on resort at Disney. Easy 15 minutes.

A wonderful home from home

We stayed the last two weeks of March 2024. We were a group of 8, ranging from 2 years to 71 years. The house was exactly as described - everyone loved it. The kids loved the games tables and the swimming pool and the adults loved the spa and the space everyone had. The resort is lovely and the location is perfect. We were there during Easter and Spring Break but never had any issues with the traffic and found getting to the Disney parks was really straightforward. Excellent communication with the host, would recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks Mike for a wonderful stay!

Could not have been better

The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was a great way to end each day. We went to Universal instead of Disney and found the location to be reasonable. We did encounter a small issue with obtaining the parking pass due to a lazy employee, but that was unrelated to the house. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

4 night December stay

Property is in a great location, quiet gated community. Staff at the gate and clubhouse were efficient and friendly, even when dealing with a neighborhood water main break when we arrived. Used the pool and hot tub every night, which was great. Glad we paid for the pool heat as the December nights were chilly!

Good place to stay; Slow checking process

Overall the house was great. There was an issue with the hot tub near the pool, but we didn't stay long enough to get it fixed. The owner was quick to respond. The only downside is the resort registration process. It took 36 minutes from the time we arrived at the gate to receive the gate card. The resort management company should work on expediting the process at the gate. Other than that everything else was good.

Great rental house!

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home! It was clean and the owner responded quickly whenever we had questions. We loved the Disney theme throughout the space (we came on a Disney vacation and were looking for a space that made us feel like we stayed on-site). The setup was great for us being a family of six with four kids (we had two kids in each of the twin bedrooms) and we stayed in the king “up” room on the same side of the house. My parents came on the trip with us and their room was on the opposite side of the house, which worked out really well for them to have some peace and quiet! The game rooms gave lots of space for the kids to spread out while they weren’t swimming in the pool. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and will look to rebook on our next family vacation!
