Booked a room with the stay protection plan. Ended up having to cancel a few days before arrival. Hotel wouldn’t give me a single penny of my money back stating it was a non refundable purchase. (Even though I paid for stay protection). Told me it wasn’t their doing and to check with hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com told me that this wasn’t their doing and that I need to check with the hotel. Both just pinning it on each other while I wasted a few hundred dollars. Beware of booking this hotel and beware of a deceptive “stay protection plan.”

The rooms were extremely hot the moment you walked in. Very run down place. Shower was stained, bed sheet were dirty, door wouldn’t close properly. The entire room reeked of a stench due to AC not circulating. Bed was as hard as a rock. Do not recommend.

Breakfast was horrible. The bags of donuts were stale, as were the loaves of bread. The waffles were decent. The room was dirty. Stains everywhere, including out blankets. Also, the water came out of the faucet brown. Towels were clearly worn down and bad quality.
