Welcome to Queen's Landing at Windsor Hills, our beautiful, modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the prestigious 24 hour gated community of Windsor Hills. This spectacular lake view home is situated on a premium lot as it has no rear neighbors, no left neighbor and is ideally located less than 100 yards from the clubhouse and amazing community facilities. Recently renovated, our home boasts an upgraded kitchen, granite countertops, modern and comfortable furnishings and a private swimming pool to name a few.

STARTER SUPPLIES:

Like all vacation rentals our home is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper goods and other personal items for their use. The complimentary items below however are provided as a convenience for you when you first arrive.

• 1 sample of shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towel
• 1 trash bag per bathroom
• 1 dishwasher detergent
• 1 trash bag in kitchen
• Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable food items and spices will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.

Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require a mid stay clean for an additional fee, please let us know.

Due to fire code, the Queens Landing unit is not to exceed SIX (6) guests. A complete guest list is required for each reservation Max guest exceedance and/or unregistered guests who are found to be in the Queens Landing unit will result in eviction from the property.

Access to the Windsor Hills amenities are for registered guests only. Wrist Bands are provided free of charge to registered guests only.

The Windsor Hills community and our townhome is monitored by outside video surveillance. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here.

Please be advised that your reservation will be both booked and confirmed directly from the owner after your initial payment has been placed. After booking you will receive a rental agreement directly from the owner by email.

Cleaning Fee - $160.00

$300.00 deposit required to hold your reservation dates with the balance due 60 days prior to check-in.

A guest starter package of: One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one trash bag in each trash receptacle and one dishwasher detergent tab is included in your stay.
