Welcome to 8907 Champions Gate! This newly listed villa has JUST what you need for a trip with your large family or friends! It's 9 Bedrooms house 11 beds and a crib, sleeping 20! This home leaves nothing to be desired; themed rooms, a game room in the garage with Arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, and more. The rear of the home offers an expansive covered lanai with lounge seating, dining seating a crystal clear pool and spa, and no rear neighbors!




Nestled inside the 24-hour manned security gates of Champions Gate, this community is highly regarded for its amenities and offerings. All guests have free access to the Oasis Club with its restaurant, bar, multiple pools, lazy river, splash area, playgrounds, cabanas, and more.

The host was great very responsive. The stay was great and the house is as is in the pictures. We had 19 people and you couldn’t tell there were that many people space for everyone. The only thing is the pans and little things were there but not a lot for having a house that has 20 people. Like dishes and pans, you were doing a lot of dishes or buying plastics and paper goods which is what we did. The resort was great too. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the hosts were amazing and very responsive. Overall great house and great hosts!

The host was great. The issue I have is with the management company. We had to pay 280 to get the pool and spa heated. It was supposed to be heated to 85 degrees. There was no way the pool ever got to that temperature. I contacted them but no one ever got back to me. I would avoid using iTrip. There are better management companies that I have used before in Champions Gates

Beautiful home to stay with the family

Our family really enjoyed our time here and we felt that the house was very well cleaned. The community is a bit tight but it is very secure and well kept, the trash was picked up from the house every morning which was very nice. We did notice a few things that weren't completely functional such as the drying machine, some arcade games, a few other things. However, the minor things did not majorly inconvenience us and we really appreciated how nicely cleaned and arranged the home and pool area was. Overall our family loved the home and felt very satisfied with our stay here.

Great home

Our stay was great, The house was very spacious and clean. My only complaint is games in the game room did not work. Also the outlets in 2 bathrooms upstairs were not working. Overall I would give an 9 out 10. Very easy check in. Will definitely recommend.
