Fall asleep on the highest quality mattress and linens on one of two king size beds, or the two full size beds in the children’s room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, electric tea kettle, and even a Nespresso coffee & espresso machine (available upon request). Additionally, there is a 4-slice toaster, blender, stainless steel microwave, oven, stove, stainless steel dishwasher in a kitchen fully stocked with all flatware, dishes, cookware and utensils.

A rental agreement, that serves as an entry voucher, is provided to all guests and must be signed to be valid.

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, including strict compliance with respect for neighbors. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers with no refund.

No Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Security Deposit: This listing requires that a $200 refundable security be paid 24 hours before arrival.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
