Step foot into this newly renovated, luxury, modern, home suited for 16 people. Featuring six spacious bedrooms, and four bathrooms, there is a space for everyone in the family. The home has warm natural light and multiple eating + seating areas - above and beyond your vacation needs! This vacation home is in a convenient and central location:

- 7 minutes away from Disney
- 5-10 minutes to Publix, Walmart, Target
- 10 minutes to Fast Food, Seafood, Mexican, American food, and more!
The space
This huge home fits a large group of people, perfect for a get-together or friend/family vacation.

Beautifully decorated, and brand new furnished with every single detail a guest may need:

- Full array of kitchen utensils
- Spare blankets and pillows in every room
- Toiletries provided: Pantene Shampoo + Conditioner & Olay body wash
- High-quality linens (bleached and cleaned between every guest), and hotel-quality towels.
- Keurig Coffee cups, sugar, creamer.
- High quality blender, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, baking trays + utensils, Tupperware, quality glassware and dishes.

The first floor of the home features 2 large living rooms with full sofa seating in both areas. One sofa is right next to the main 8-seater main dining table, and one sofa is right next to the pool and kitchen area. The large kitchen features TWO dishwashers, a large fridge, and a coffee/breakfast area for 4 people.

The pool has large outdoor seating fitting 6+ on the sofa and a bbq area seating 10+ with outdoor umbrellas for sunny days!

The first floor also includes the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. Then, two queen bedrooms which share a bathroom.

The second floor has the two kids' rooms with a bathroom between them. Next to the kid's room is a queen bedroom with a private bath.

All rooms include closets + hangers, over the ceiling fans & light, brand new quality mattresses + pillows.

All furniture throughout the house is brand new and just purchased.

OK but blame the property manager

Once we arrive, noticed the garage door look broken. Contacted the owner or whoever was the contact and they said they would take a look. Wifi was good. Outdoor was left like a mess. The pool barely looked maintained as I spent an hour cleaning. House was kept OK but wasn't maintained. The pictures are not what you get. Again, I don't blame the owners but I think the maintenance or cleaning people aren't doing a good job.

Not quite like the pictures

The house was similar to pictures but seemed in need of some maintenance. All the plants in the front yard were dead and the back patio the sofa cushions were flat. The lock in the sliding glass door was tricky to lock as well. Beds need new pillows and the bunks were very uncomfortable per the children. Communications were lacking from my host who had not sent my check in details the day of my check in until I requested it by a phone call. They were short when on the phone and did not answer my questions I had during my stay that I sent via the app. Never found the remote control for the TV since they never responded.
