Main Floor-

As soon as you walk through the door, it is clear you made a great choice! The stunning open concept of the main floor layout offers plenty of space. The well-lit living room gives you the comfort of two couches, two chairs and a 58-inch TV, with a coffee/wine bar where you can make coffee, tea or a drink. Check out the spectacular view through the oversized sliding door to the patio. An adjacent dining area provides for a more formal dinner setting. The kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry, allowing the chef of the family to prepare delicious food to enjoy while you sit at the breakfast bar or kitchen table. Sit back, relax and watch a movie or the Big Game in the separate den that provides you with a 58-inch TV with surround sound, a comfortable couch, loveseat and a PlayStation 5 with a variety of games. Primary Bedroom 1 - Main Level: King bed, 55-inch TV, double vanities, soaker tub and walk in shower, separate walk out to the patio.

Primary Bedroom 2 - Upper Level: Queen bed, 55-inch TV, bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 - Main Level: Queen bed, 43-inch TV, bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 - Upper Level: Two single beds, 43-inch TV, shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5 - Upper Level: Two single beds, 43-inch TV, shared bathroom.

Need a place to do some work quietly?
The upper area loft provides a desk, chair and a 24-inch monitor for your convenience.

We also provide a pack n' play crib, high chair, booster seat, gates, and monitors for your little one.

Outside Living Space-

The WOW factor is high starting with a gorgeous view of the greenspace behind the home and continues with a spectacular dining area to enjoy a meal Al Fresco!
Sit by the heated pool or spa in the comfort of a lounger or at the bistro table for two and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage, while you soak up the Florida sun or watch the beautiful colours of the sunset. You won’t miss the Big Game from here either - there is a TV conveniently facing the pool!

After many years of renting hotels the owners wanted to create the perfect space to provide for the many needs of their own family and share it with you.

Please note:
- Outdoor pool and spa can be heated for $35 per day.
- BBQ rental is available for $125 USD per week.
- Security Deposit of $300 USD will be required as a hold to your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged and the hold will be released 72 hours after departure.
- This home is under external video surveillance only.
There is a ring doorbell camera, a camera above the garage facing the driveway and street and a camera on each side of the house pointing down the sides to the front of the property - not the pool area.
