We arrived around 530ish p.m., check is was fine. Got to our room to unload and relax. Inspected the room (very small and tight), not the cleanest and a cup of water was left in the fridge. Around 930pm as we were about to get to bed, a roach cralwed around the nightstand, and all over our stuff. Went ti the front desk immediately. They were nice enough to change rooms from a 2 double to a king and a pull out. It was a 2 room, so a lot more space. Got to that room and theres a spider crawling from the ceiling. Food on the floor by the bed, and since there were 4 of us, we pulled out the pullout only to find hair, food and plastic in it. Lets not forhet the 2 inch mattress was so badly stained...i guess they changed shift cause after 1115 pm the guy at the front desk, was only there for a job. He switched us to another 2 doubled that just happened to open up (also a 2 room with a pull out). Luckily there were no bugs, but still a lot of food on the floor, hair in the tub, an open used bar of soap and something pink and sticky in the fridge. It was now after midnight, itwas better than either rooms with insects. Turned on both heaters (coldest nights in a while) and one didnt work. I had to check out a personal size space heater from the front desk. Didnt do much, but it was something. After packing up and moving, we disnt get stettled in and ready for bed until after 1-2am (with little kids) so we ended up sleeping in almost missing breakfast and missed hours of the WDWpark.
