This newly renovated sought after location in Centre Court Ridge is professional done. New flooring, shiplap installed, living room furniture, kitchen cabinets, counters, dishwasher and backsplash. Also communal bathroom completely redone for a fresh and modern feel.
Fairway and Fantasy Rental Vacations provides access to all the amenities of the Exclusive Reunion Resort & Club. Relax and enjoy while being our guest in this newly decorated 3BR/3BA condominium located in the prestigious Centre Court Ridge community-only 5.5 miles from Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom and Epcot.

BEDROOMS:
The spacious KING-sized Master Suite is situated on the 2nd floor with private access onto the balcony overlooking the 13th green of Tom Watson’s Independence signature golf course. The fully tiled bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks. For early risers, enjoy sitting outside on the balcony while watching a dozen beautifully colored Hot-Air Balloons fly over you!

-The Second bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed, a private FULL-size bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

-The Third bedroom has 2 FULL-size beds, perfect for kids or singles.
ALL bedrooms are equipped with a 32' LCD TV, a DVD player, a ceiling fan, ample closet space, a hair dryer and custom bedding with Egyptian cotton sheets.

LIVING AREA:
This spacious Living Area comes with a 47' LCD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and cable TV. The formal dining area seats six and opens directly off the kitchen, perfect for entertaining with family and friends.

KITCHEN:
A well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brand new refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven and cooking range and plenty of cupboard space. There are ample cooking pots and pans, utensils, glassware including plastic glasses for dining on the balcony. A separate laundry area houses the automatic full size washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board and washing detergent for your convenience.

Nice condo. Front door lock system needs immediate upgrade and replacement. Also, I know it’s Florida, but system needs to be able to heat apartment. It was too cold to be comfortable and system did not heat. Also, the expectations for cleaning, garbage, etc. should be revised to put more on your paid cleaning staff and less on guests as they check out at a very early 10 am.

Overall experience was good but a few things that were slightly annoying. According to the listing they state fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer with detergent for your convenience and full amenities. There was 1 laundry pod supplied, one dishwasher pod, and a tiny little packet of soap to wash dishes, and 3 garbage bags. We were supplied with 4 rolls of toilet paper (which for a family of 6 isn’t realistic). When we reached out to property manager and asked for additional garbage bags we were told “we only supply a “starter” pack and everything additional most be purchased by renter.” I was a little taken back by this considered every hotel you stay at will gladly replenish basic amenities, especially things like garbage bags and toilet paper? We had to buy laundry detergent and dishwasher soap because unlike the listing states we were supplied with one pod and limited towels to use for a family of 6 for a 7 day stay. We also were told we would have access to all the pools and amenities but front desk never received reservation and we had to waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to get wrist bands. Never supplied with an access key to gain access to the other pools on the property so we had to hope a stranger would open the gates for us to go swimming. Our biggest complaint was that we had SO many ants. We came home one day and the entire kitchen had swarms of ants. The host was very responsive but the solution was they came and sprayed raid.

Our stay at Reunion was fantastic. Check-in was easy and in the blink of an eye we had access to all the resort amenities, 6 restaurants, and 7 pools. The villa was spacious, cutely designed and clean. All the basic kitchen necessities were stockedas well as a keurig, which we took full advantage of. Balcony overlooking the Watson course 13th hole was a very cool perk. Kids and wife had an amazing time and we will definitely be back.

Great property perfect for three bathroom families, in the secondary master suite, the water drain down the sink the little slowly, but eventually made it other than that. The trip was excellent.

It was ok

The resort itself was good. The apartment we had was dirty when we arrived and we couldnt get a hold of anyone until tbe next day. There was also a 2 inch gap at the front door so we had mosquitoes and gnats. Hot water didnt kast long at all and if your going through the change of life and always hot then youll want to wait to visit because your not supposed to touch the thermostat and leave it on 72 or the unit will freeze up.

Okay stay with something’s to mention

My family and I stayed here a couple weeks ago. The space was clean and decorated nicely. Something’s that I think should be mentioned about the location and this unit in particular. I think it’s worth noting that the water park gets busy and they have a capacity limit. If they are at capacity, you will have to wait outside until other guests are ready to leave the park. Because of this, my family did not have an opportunity to go to the waterpark. Also the house did not have a landline. That would have been helpful for times when our phones were dead, others who didn’t have cell phones wanted to make a call or in case of an emergency. The binder in the unit stated there should be a phone but we didn’t have one. Also there was no clear direction on where to bring the trash at checkout and the directions we received after asking were not correct. Another thing we noticed after staying at many places with Vrbo all properties typically leave one extra thing of toilet paper in each restroom in the unit along with an additional roll of paper towel towels in the unit. This particular unit only had one extra roll of toilet paper that we were supposed to use amongst three bathrooms and no extra rolls of paper towel towels. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that you pick up on after staying at several other properties.Overall the place was clean and comfortable but just little things like that we noticed.

Great Orlando trip and comfortable condo

We stayed with my parents (70’s), my brother, and our kids (9 and 12) to celebrate my parents birthdays. We have stayed at Reunion 4 times before in houses and condos. This condo was perfect for our stay, it was renovated unlike others we’ve stayed in, so it’s more modern and very clean. The location is awesome, it is right across from the tennis/pickleball courts and mini golf area and a nice pool. We enjoyed mini golf and the water park (entry IS included) which is maybe walkable but we drove and parked. The full kitchen allowed us to bring in food and cook breakfast and we went out for dinner at Celebration Brewery and the new pickleball place, Crush Yard. Highly recommend both and they are each a 10 min drive. Reunion is a great resort whether or not you are going to the theme parks because there is so much to do that is close by. My communication with the owner of this unit throughout was excellent. We had a few hiccups on our end and Stacy was so responsive and helpful, probably the best interaction I’ve had with a Vrbo owner and I’ve used Vrbo a ton over the years. She truly cares about people and I will always remember her kindness. I highly recommend this property if you have a small group and want fun, comfort, and an easy vacation.

We were in town for a junior golf tournament for our son. The property was everything we needed and more. Location was perfect as he was playing on the Watson course. The property overlooks the 13th green. We highly recommend this property, would definitely stay there again! 5 star for sure!

Great space. A little lacking on some basic necessities (no salt/pepper, extra toilet paper, etc). Greatly enjoyed our stay. Loved the ample space. Great view of the golf course from the balcony.

Disney get away

The property we stayed at was wonderful. The location was perfect. We loved the water park although did not get enough time there. Our only issue was that the property lacked toilet paper. When we called the staff treated me like I was a common criminal trying to steal toilet paper. It was a waste of my time to have to even call. I have stayed at numerous properties and never had to chase after toilet paper. This should be worked out. The rolls were cheap and small. This seems ridiculous to have to deal with especially when we are paying a large fee to stay at this property as it is.

Great place

We loved our stay here. It was everything that it said it was. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy all the resort had to offer.

Clean and great location!

Easy check in with a keypad on the door. Clean apartment. We primarily went to use the waterpark at Reunion Resort with our kids. It was about a 0.4 mile walk to the waterpark but you can drive over as well. The condo was great and met all of our expectations. Reunion Resort was great as well and extremely easy to get our visitor wristbands and parking passes for our vehicles.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It wasn't as fully stocked as the places we've stayed in the past, so we had to go out and buy some disposable pans, spices and other things so we could cook. Other than that, it was very nice. Plenty of room for six adults to relax and visit. The community hot tub was great - both times we visited, there were no other people there. I wasn't impressed by the resort pool. The people who work there were very rude - but not letting that affect my rating.

Multi family stay

Had a great time with elementary school age up to senior citizens vacationing. Spacious condo with wonderful golf views and really nice amenities. Also easy access to Disney and other attractions.
