During our stay at this facility, my friends ordered room service. Roughly 3-5 minutes after ordering, a staff member called to confirm the order. Said the computer had crashed and they needed to verify her card number. Shortly after this, her credit card company called to say there was fraudulent card use in Daytona, when we were in Orlando. Turns out, someone at the hotel had made an outside party aware of their room service number. This outside party called the hotel and asked to be transferred to the last room service order. The staff member receiving the call then transferred the person to the room so it appeared to be the hotel calling. For that reason, the call was not suspicious to us. Because of this she had to cancel the credit card she was using for the whole vacation which then limited her entire trip. It was only after I personally stated my disappointment at the desk upon cancellation they “cared”. Most likely only because other customers were there. It took my complaining for them to even comp the room service food (a hamburger) that led to her identity being stolen. Worst part, it was clearly an employee of the hotel. My husband and I have stayed many times and all I can say is I am truly embarrassed I referred friends there. Never again. Shame on the person that did this and shame on the hotel. Your staff ruined a vacation and the most you did was comp a tiny amount of food only AFTER I complained. You owed them more than that.

They have a nice spa and pool. It’s great that they drop and pick you up from Universal Studios. Our bathroom light/fan makes a loud noise. The hotel only pays for 2 guests for breakfast and you have to pay for your children’s breakfast.

Nice hotel, but no vending machines. Limited choices to eat. Stores pretty far. Alot of walking n carrying food n beverages. Good for person who has a car. Overall really nice.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and location, facilities and service are always awesome! Couple of things to mention: 1. Room description said there was a toaster but we never found it. It should’ve been there, not sure if housekeeping checks on this. 2. Bfast area is too small. We coudn’t have bfast at the hotel because everytime we came down to eat the place was really busy with people standing around waiting to find a spot. Maybe bfast needs to be served in another area at the same time to be able to accomodate everyone when hotel is really busy.
