Truly stunning 6 bed home available for the most discerning guests

Probably one of the best homes available for rental on Hampton Lakes. Upgraded with every modern luxury and convenience. Brand new high end appliance suite. 2 king master en-suites each having a 4 poster bed. Luxury pillow top mattresses and Egyptian 600 TC linens. There is a further king room, queen room, twin and a kids Mickey theme room with 2 bunk beds. The bathrooms all have granite vanity tops, and marble floors. The luxurious kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, plus a wine cooler and kegerator for draft beer at home!! Every room has flat screen TV's with 42' in masters and 58' in the living room. Free WiFi on new 500/500 super fast service. Luxury dining room with polished hard wood floors. Outside is a tiled covered lanai with large table seating 8. Fenced yard (not fully enclosed ) and screened in deck and large 30x15 South facing pool. Separate 6 person overground hot-tub. Fully equipped with a 10 ft screen and HD projector, connected to the Dolby Digital / DTS surround sound system. There is Blu Ray player, Playstation 5 console and selection of over 80 DVD movies. Relax in the luxury top grain leather power reclining theater chairs, seating 6 in true comfort. We have just added a retro video arcade system with 60 of your favorite 80's video games. See who can beat the high scores on Space Invaders, Pac Man, Galaxian, Donkey Konk, and many more !!!

The South facing extended pool deck is not overlooked at all. Privacy fencing either side of the home. There is ample luxury patio furniture for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun. Custom made 16 ft sliding glass doors which can be opened, making this a truly stunning area to relax, with the interior of the home blending in to the outside.

Just installed, a whole home UV-C sanitizing system to provide clean sanitized air throughout the home via the central HVAC

Great house to spend some time with family or friends. It was private, in a quiet area - perfect for relaxing by the pool. LOVED that the pool was south facing. I was able to relax for hours with my family and still get some January sun. Additionally, I appreciated that the home was secure and had some additional safety features around the pool which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones.

This is by far a standout VRBO it feels like you’re in a home not a short term rental. Great location, great owners and amazing stay!!! I had stayed at easily 15Properties in this area and this was hands down number 1 for our family

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and Steve and Dee were readily available for any questions we had. The house was as described and was perfect for my family. The pool, hot tub and movie theatre were huge hits. The kitchen was very well equipped, we didn't need to add anything. Very clean, nice neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Having a supply of batteries for TV remotes would be helpful. We will definitely stay at this house for our next visit.

Wonderful!

We were a group of 4 adults, 4 teens, and a dog. Communication with the host was prompt and courteous. The pictures posted are current and accurate. The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed in every room. Comfortable beds in each bedroom. The pool is large, has full sun, and is private on all sides. Hot tub worked well. Game room / theater room was a hit and having its own AC unit kept the converted garage remarkably cool. Kitchen was well-equipped and we made multiple meals here. It's located in an established, quiet, and safe community and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We will stay here again when back in the area!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Thank you, Steve and Dee, for your excellent communication and smooth check-in process. Everything was as described. Nicely appointed, plenty of room for us to all spread out and relax. Game room and home theater was great. My wife and I played Pac-Man which I don't think either of us have done since the 80's! Check in was totally seamless. Great communication from the owner. We would certainly return the next time we are in the area.

Nice house for the whole family!

We loved the house. The only two small issues was the later check in because the previous guests over stayed and the cleaning lady couldn’t finish in time. And the breaker turned off for the pool heater but it was an easy flip of the switch. The house was very spacious for the whole family. We had a blast in the pool and the movie room area. We opened the sliding doors every morning and ate breakfast outdoors. We would rent it again. Nice owners and nice manager.

We stayed one week at this property. I researched and really chose the home I thought that would be 5 plus stars. On arriving we were happy to see how big the place was. Going outside we did notice the pool and hot tub were dirty. On our second night we were greeted by two cockroaches in the upstairs master bathroom. We did message property manager and they sent a bug exterminator that morning. We also asked about pool cleaning and hot tub cleaning and they said pool and hot tub gets cleaned on Tuesday's. The carpet, trim and ceiling showed quite a bit of dirt and wear and tear. Big water spots on ceiling of some bedrooms. We understand a rental property is going to show wear and tear but the pictures and description did not fully match. Overall the outside area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time. We most likely would not return but enjoyed our stay. The property manager was quick to respond which we appreciated. Pros: big pool, lots of seating, lots of kitchen utensils, game room was fun, lots of pool towels,big rooms with updated showers, location was good Cons:surround sound didn't work, carpet was dirty, hair on toilet seat upon arrival, half toaster didnt work,ice maker didnt work,most mattresses were too hard, outside speakers didnt work, only 8 forks.

This house is one of the best I’ve rented! It’s beautiful, and the pool was very nice. The property owners are the best!! Dee is the sweetest and communicated with me making sure we were safe and had everything we needed (She’s Absolutely by far The Best)💕I highly recommend renting this property

Amazing home for families

The home had plenty of room for all of us to live comfortably for the week. The open kitchen was a great area to congregate as we all put our meals together and ate. The pool was a nice retreat after a long hot day at the Magic Kingdom. The owners were wonderful! They were even able to accommodate us with not only one but two pack n plays!!

An Amazing Stay

My family of 10 were very comfortable here with plenty of space for everyone plus 2 dogs. There was plenty things to do to keep from being board. The pool was amazing, the little ones learned to swim while we were there. We did have an uh-oh while there but the owners were amazing with handling the situation. I highly recommend vacationing here.
