Summary:

This is a very nice house for your vacation. It is close to all the big parks, just 15 minutes to Disney. We have 7 bedrooms and 9 soft beds. One room has a fun bunk bed for kids! The house is clean and has nice furniture. You can relax outside on the patio by the heated pool and eat at the big table. Inside, we have a big kitchen with a coffee maker and a blender. You can watch movies on the Smart TVs in all the rooms.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay. Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 4:00 PM

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Need to arrive earlier or linger a little longer? Let us know in advance and we’ll see if we can make it happen. (Early check-in / late check-out is $45 per hour and subject to availability.)



💦 Optional Add-Ons (extra fee)

Pool Heating Service

$35 per day

Please request at least 24 hrs before check-in so the water’s toasty when you arrive (heating takes time!)



4-Burner Grill Rental

$105 per week

Includes one full propane tank. Need more? Pick one up locally or call the vendor number on the grill. Remember to keep the oil pan under the grill to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.



🏡 Amenities Included

• Fresh bed linens & towel sets for every guest.

• Pool towels: for use at the home’s private pool only—please don’t take them to the resort clubhouse or hang them over the pool fence.

• Starter supplies (one-time setup):

• Kitchen trash bags (13-gallon) for initial days

• Dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, body wash & Rolls of paper towels for initial days

• Tip: These are starter amounts; nearby stores (and a resort convenience shop) have plenty of extras if you need them.



Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels



🏖️ Windsor Cay Resort Amenities:

All guests wishing to access the Reef Club and resort amenities must present the following at check-in:

A copy of their reservation (showing their name and Windsor Cay address), and

A valid photo ID



This temporary process is in place to help us verify guest access and maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

🚗 Parking

• The house accommodates up to 5 vehicles.



👥 Guest Registration

• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



🚭 House Rules

1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.

2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.

3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
