3BR 2BA townhome in gated resort, ensuite masters with king bedroom on ground floor

The Space:
The Villa at Seven Dwarfs is a gated resort community featuring: Clubhouse with games room, arcade, fitness center and hot tub. The community pool overlooks the private lake.

For entertainment and snacks there is a Tiki Bar. Other features include a playground and kids water features, sports courts and a lake.

Our townhome is located just a short walk from the clubhouse and resort amenities with parking in front of the house.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, the living room as well as en suite master bedroom.

Configuration of bedrooms:

1 Master King on the ground floor, TV, with private bath (shower/jacuzzi tub combo)

1 Queen bedroom and 1 Twin bedroom upstairs with a shared bath.

PARKING: No commercial vehicles, no trailers, boats, RV's allowed in Resort

Note that the resort pool will be closed for resurfacing starting October 6, 2025 until the end of the month.

Location was great, great communication with host. However, the beds are very uncomfortable, the bedding and pillows need to be updated. Also, the throw pillows on the couch are dirty. Carpet also needs to be cleaned or replaced. My kiddos would walk around barefoot and their feet would be black from walking on the carpet.

Great location only 20-25 minutes away from parks like Universal Studios and Epic Universe. Many food options available close by as well. Safe gated community with security. Set up perfectly for a family with cups, plates, washing machine, etc. included. The only complaint is all the beds are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

Nice location, but.....

I have been reading over past reviews, as far back as 3 years ago. It seems that management doesn't want to take guests reviews or suggestions seriously and fix any of the issues. Maybe they just need to hire new maintenance and cleaning people. The place is seriously outdated. Couch is very dirty and very hard to get out of. Beds and pillows are very hard. No hairdryers as stated. I was told they were probably stolen so I had to buy my own. Stove top on light is on at all times. Fan light in master didn't work. Carpets are in need of a very deep cleaning or replace them. House smelled musty as soon as we walked in. We bought air fresheners as soon as we could. Outside and top of fridge was very dirty. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and tissues as well as extra garbage bags. There was no extra in the house. Air conditioning could not go below 75 and the upstairs did not cool down at night so it was pretty uncomfortable sleeping. I can only imagine what it must be like during the summer months. We did not spend anytime in the house other than sleeping, so it served it's purpose but I would not rent it again.

Great quiet spot

The unit was comfortable in size for our family. It was pretty well clean, but definitely in need of updated carpets and furniture. Communication with the host was great, and location was perfect for our needs. Security staff were so friendly too.

Perfect for us!

The property was perfect for myself and 3 colleagues while we were in the area for work. The pool and hot tub were a short walk away, and made our work days much more bearable to have when we got home each day!

Great location

Great location. Lots of room. Security at location was great and check in was easy. Dated furniture but did not effect stay or satisfaction with trip. Had one issue and it was fixed immediately by owner. Thanks for a great stay.

Disappointed

Place needs better cleaning. Master shower dangerous slippery. Master sink backed up. Toliet in master runs constantly. I/2 roll toilet paper each bathroom one roll paper towels-had to buy your own. Dishwasher soap only 2 loads. Dusty in upstairs bedrooms. Entry light out. Mattreses not good. Needs updating. Location and amenities nice. Sadly, cannot not recommend this place to anyone.

I stay with my family for 3 night at this place it was nice and clean. But there few things i want to share mark is very good person... As a recendens is nice also... But they dont provied inoff toilet tissue and towels... we stay for 3 nights and there is only 1 toilet tissue....over all its nice and clean place

Great Place To Stay!

This Townhouse is absolutely beautiful, close to everything, plenty of space and the amenities were spot on as described. The guards at this gated community are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Kissimmee! I definitely plan on visiting Orlando again and this Townhouse will be my first and only selection if available!

Nice Property

Overall property was great- as described- great pool and grounds- gated entry with gaurd- the area around it is great with plenty of shopping- super easy to get to Disney property. Our one complaint is that the beds upstairs and the pull out bed in the couch are very very uncomfortable. It was an issue- but otherwise everything was great .

The biggest plus was the location & amenities that were offered. Inside the villa a few things need to be updated and maintenanced, the beds were okay but a little to firm overall it was a good stay, very quiet.

Seven dwarfs villa stay- family trip

The location was great. Accommodations exactly as pictured. Very clean, lots of space for everyone to be together and bedroom layout allowed for everyone to have there own space too. Pool area also very inviting and enjoyed. My only suggestion that would make things perfect would be for the host to think of a few updates. Coffee maker drip mechanism is broken, and the mattresses in all the rooms should be upgraded. They are old spring mattresses no pillow topper, you can feel the springs. They look and feel like they have served a lot of visitors. Also the single roll of toilet tissue rule, I would suggest single roll plus one extra per bathroom would be a nicer touch - especially when upon arrival each roll was not brand new. Little observations to consider. But this did not hamper our stay. We would return, we had a great time.

Loved that it was gated. Close to all kinds of shopping. Closer to Disney than to Universal. Slept well. Nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Pool amenities were nice.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I were in town to visit family who work at Disney and we loved the property location! It was very easy to get there and the property was a joy to be at when we were resting! It was very clean and well kept! Would definitely stay again in the future!

This accommodation is reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the unit itself is in bad need of some updating/renovation. However 'THE VILLAS AT SEVEN DWARFS' is a wonderful clean, secure, gated community and I would certainly return to this community to stay again.
