Our townhome is located in the heart of Kissimmee near to not only all the main attractions in Orlando, but near super markets, pharmacies, outdoor activities such as minigolf, and a BEAUTIFUL PARK (see our pics) so you can walk and exercise around it.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed

The amenities of the property are great (only reason I gave two stars instead of one), however the unit itself is filthy. Carpet is old, ripped, and stained. Couch also dirty. My husband and I have traveled the world and have stayed in hostels cleaner than this. When we first walked in we let our 9 month crawl around downstairs and play with our other 2 children who took their shoes off before going into unit while my husband and I unpacked our bags from the car. When we picked up the baby we noticed her knees were completely black as were the tops of her feet. Then we saw our other two children’s bare feet were also completely black on the bottom. That’s how dirty the carpets were. Then we walked around the unit to see the rest. The floors in kitchen and bathrooms were sticky, the downstairs bathroom had hair in shower drain and moldy shower curtain, upstairs bathroom had soap in shower drain, and we found hair in one bed when we pulled cover down. Unit needs all carpets replaced and a serious DEEP cleaning. Also as a mom of three young children I didn’t like all the stuffed animals on the beds and around the unit. I would not let my children play with them as you don’t know when they’ve been washed and who has touched/sneezed/drooled/etc. on them.

Good set up for families and good location

Very dated. Original carpet and furniture and appliances are very old Carpet and furniture needs to be replaced. Price for next year is going up significantly. Other places are better value for money.

Parking and not knowing HOA rules

Told us that we could park 5 cars at the house and had “plenty of room to park” but the HOA would only allow 4 cars. When I asked the house owner, he said he didn’t know. Would’ve been nice to know before we brought more than 4 cars.
