Location was very convenient to many train lines. Front desk was very helpful and hospitable, going the extra mile to help us in some queries. Rooms were comfortable and provided sufficiently for rest and respite. Bathrooms were well equipped. Bed and pillows were sufficiently comfy, best hotel sleep I have had in a while. Temperature settings all managed well too. The added bonus for me was the clothing spray provided which was a great help. Having a cold/hot water dispenser at the lobby of rooms was excellent. Simple facilities on ground floor (with a vending machine, microwave and laundry machines) were great. Would definitely return!
