Every thing was perfect. Really close to the train station. The room was nice and clean. The only down side was the WiFi really was bad. Would connect for about 15 mins then loses connection. Would take around 10 - 15 mins to reconnect. I was staying in the back building so don’t know if that matters. Well anyway hard to do any remote work with the crappy WiFi.

Spacious, very clean, bright room with good sound proofing so quiet despite position adjacent to busy road and close to railway line. Staff first rate, as was the breakfast. Location by key railway station afforded easy access to the key visitor sights. Would recommend it as your base riser Osaka

Clean rooms, convenient location, very easy to get on/out. Helpful staff. The only issue was the breakfast buffet. It had many different options but barely any that would qualify for breakfast as I know it. First time it was fun to try all of the different foods they offered. After that it was better to go out for breakfast somewhere else.

The bed in the room push to one corner. How to get into bed when one side is at the dead end of wall. Need to climb to bed. This is so inconvenient. Not suitable for holiday enjoying and need to suffer.

Spacious rooms! Modern touch with traditional Japanese feel. Customer service was excellent. Allowed us to leave our luggage there while we explored the area, even though we had checked out earlier, free of cost! Also when we picked our luggage back up, they we kind enough to help us track down a taxi, while helping us with our luggage. Definitely coming back to this place!
