Tiny room but thoughtful perks such as a massaging chair and an amazing rain shower with a luxury view! The best part is the convenience of being in the station so you can easily come and go to all destinations! I would definitely stay again.

Staff very accommodating, especially front desk. Nice appearance, room fine but too small - and who thought you’d want a huge massage lounger in the small space between the foot of the bed and the wall. So convenient for trains.

You can't beat the location. Within Shin-Osaka station. You get out of JR Shin-Osaka station (Shinkansen Chuo-guchi), and you will see the hotel entrance. I was traveling alone and needed a place close to the station (I didn't want to walk with my suitcases). Very clean. My room was small, but it was expected since it was right in the station (technically building connected to the station). I will return!

Connected by elevator to the Shin-Osaka station's Shinkansen gate with the JR entrance a 2 minute walk away for very convenient access to all of Osaka and Kyoto. Perfect for staying after a long day of exploring

Remm always lives up to expectations

Just above Shin Osaka but didn't get any noise from the trains. Close to the eateries at the train station. Very comfy beds and a hearty bfast at the Vietnam shop below. A very good base to move around the cities near Osaka via the shinkansen.

Located at Shin Osaka station with a direct entrance from the station. Stayed for 1 night for a quick layover after coming from Kansai airport. The Shin Osaka station has direct access to the Shinkansen train to Tokyo, so I decided to stay here. Staff at the front desk spoke English and helped me check in and was able to provide recommendations in the area. Room wasn’t large but it was suitable for a quick stay for myself. Hotel provided stuff needed for the bathroom.

Remm is modern but not comfortable

First the good thing about the hotel. The bath and shower were fantastic. Fridge was good and they had a fridge. The bad things were : No chair or desk for business men and travelers, a useless massage chair that took up space , very dark room with only can lights and no space to relax.
