Hotel is nice and clean, with a very modern and dark decor. Lawsons is attached to the ground floor reception area. Staff didn’t appear to be friendly here, as other hotels in Japan. No cleaning service in rooms, Onsen was not appealing to me.

Every thing was fine until the reception asked me to pay extra 1500 because I checked out at 10:35am when according to her, checking out is at 10am. Obviously, I refused but at a risk of getting embarrassed. I also think the reception could learn a little more English to be able to communicate.

This property is located is good although the cleanliness of the rooms are terrible. The rooms air conditioning units don’t work as the filters are caked with dust. Underneath our beds have definitely not been cleaned and thoroughly checked as we found some old used slippers and the carpet is layed in a thick layer of dirt and dust. To add the bathroom curtains were also covered in black mold. I would look for another place to stay in this area.

Property offer public bath and dry sauna as part of the stay. Room was large and comfortable. Wish there are more tv channels to choose from. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend.

Checking is 24/7, there’s two machines for this (you can use same for check out), it accepts cash and major credit cards. I read some where reception was open till midnight only which is wrong. I was concerned as my flight arrived late to Tokyo then had to travel to Osaka. The buffet breakfast is excellent, rooms are modern and clean. 20 min walking to/from JR Osaka station. I’d recommend this place and stay again if return.

無駄を省いた適切なホテル。適度な高級感がありますが、サービスの無駄を省いてリーズナブルな価格を実現しています。大浴場があってとても良かったですが、女性のサウナには水風呂がありません。 朝食は日本の食事として必要最低限のメニューがそろっています。朝食会場のこぢんまりとしていますが、清潔でスタッフの方の感じが良かったです。
