Clean rooms and fridge, shared kitchen with water in fridge and soap for dishes, paper towel in kitchen and bathroom is a plus, comfortable bed, 2 pillows did not have covers, driveway can fit 2 cars, 30-40 minutes away from downtown Ottawa. TV could not be used unless you had sign in codes for Crave, Netflix etc. No instructions to use remotes. No hooks for cloths or towel in bathroom. Check in was late, no details provided to get into the house. I had to call and text to get details. Overall, nice place, there is room for improvement.

The property I booked does not match the description. There is no parking available, the Wi-Fi is not working, and the room provided is not the same as the one I had selected. It was also not mentioned whether the room was in the basement or upstairs, and I was unexpectedly given a basement room. This should have been clearly stated in the listing.

Ad very misleading … reads as it is hotel but it was in house … No bed and breakfast… no address just said close to airport so just even finding the place was a nightmare … got at location finally and then had to wait for cleaning to be done … I will never ever stay there again and would never suggest anyone to stay there …. Holiday Inn from now on … worse I have ever experienced.

When I arrived at this property,the owners were there cleaning from the previous customers,and made me feel very welcome right away.They were very friendly and answered any questions I had about the property and the area. I most definitely will stay there again when I travel to Ottawa area from Alberta.I highly recommend this property
