The condition of mattresses are terrible, feel like it had been used for over 10 years. We were not able to sleep properly. Parking lot got full, no other option for parking.

Great value

Clean and convenient. Beds were average but likely better than the typical university mattress. Towels were worn. Otherwise just as good as hotels you would pay much more for. Great value.

The location is perfect for walking down to the Parliment hills and other places. The room I lived has no curtain and it's face the street. I spent three nights in this hotel and complained twice about the curtain and the front clerk noted it, but never solve my problem. The most ironic thing is the facial tissue box is empty, when we asked for it, the staff said they don't have any.

J’ai vraiment aimé demeurer aux résidences de l’Université d’Ottawa. Bon rapport qualité/prix en milieu sécuritaire. La proximité de tous les attraits touristiques est un gros plus; on peut y accéder à pied sans aucun problème. D’avoir un stationnement à coût accessible aussi est un grand avantage.

A place To lay your head

This is a very basic place to stay, there were 2 rooms each needed a key card to open, and 2 double beds. there was a fridge and microwave available and a nice size bathroom. There was a TV in each room though one did not work for us, and there are very basic channels… we used our phone to watch the Leafs game. It was clean, and a great place to lay your head without spending a fortune, and it was centrally located, and easy to walk to all our destinations. Only complaint was trying to find the residents was difficult and I wish they would have sent out instructions on exactly how to get to the building.

The rooms was clean and spacious. The confusion with the parking was the only negative. I would recommend to anyone wanting an economical place to stay that is close and convenient to all sites.
