The bed is not comfortable, gives back pain. The towels are stinky. It's a pet friendly rental. They charged us pricey pet fee for bring our dog, then retained our security deposit when we checked out, stating that they found hair in the apartment. What? Dogs have hair in nature. We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark constantly(less than 5 times when she heard movement outside)... They can't have any better behaved dogs than ours. Hair? What mammal pets don't have hair? We human have hair too. It's utterly ridiculous to charge people extra for pet hair on top of already paid pet fees. If they don't want hair, they shouldn't list their business as pet friendly and pets welcome as they stated. This place is not decent and reasonable. Even the entire town, although has beautiful landscape, yet people are not friendly. "Pacifica homes are not hotels" signs are everywhere. They seem like that they do not want you to come. What an unpleasant experience!

The place was exactly how it was described and pictured. If you are planning on making any meals at the place, the kitchen lacks some common items but we made it work. It would have been nice to have had a vacuum accessible for guests. The town was so peaceful and beautiful and everyone at the Safeway down the road was friendly. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.
