The Bella Vista home was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had almost everything you would need to prepare a meal. The towels were soft and plentiful. I wish they had provided Kleenex, so bring your own. The negative is that the house needs updating so that everything works properly. Otherwise, it is a great desert getaway.

Came to plan springs for a dance competition but we camp here often. The location was perfectly located to get to our competition as well as a few hikes. Property was clean and pool/spa was a nice addition for the kids to enjoy after long days. If we have the need will stay again!

Our 2nd time staying this house was even better than the first time. Our 3 little boys juat love this house. The pool and the living room. They had bew tv and my husband loved. Great value and lots of privacy

Overall the house was great for a week long stay. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of privacy for lounging by the pool. The pool is slightly smaller than your average backyard pool, but with just the two of us there was enough space for floating around. It would be nice if a small collection of pool toys was available for use, instead we had to go purchase our own which we then had no further use for afterwards. There was some confusion with the check-in process that we got resolved in short order and the owner provides contact information for any questions or concerns. All that aside I would happily rent this house again as it is great value for what you get.

My getaway.

This was my first experience with Vrbo. Everything went well. I was kept informed of all the trip details, the property was exactly as described. Mike, the homeowner contacted me with the check in info. He was very nice.I had a few questions he was very helpful. The house was very clean, it had all the comforts of home, and it is beautiful. Wonderful property, great [family] getaway.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean and spacious house in a quiet and safe neighborhood of La Quinta. You will need a car to get around to the stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby but they're all just minutes away. The place itself has all the amenities you could ask for and everything is in excellent working condition. Tasteful dĂ©cor. Beautiful backyard. With daytime temperatures north of 100*F, we spent most of our time in and around the pool and while you have lots of dinner choices within a short drive’s distance, nothing beats a tasty backyard BBQ. Communication with the host was a breeze and Mike responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

Definitely this home will be our vacation home from now on. Everything was perfect. The sizes of home and the pool, they had everything we needed, the couch in the living room was wonderful(our 3 boys slept on the couch for 3 nights), very quiet and private neighbors.

Great house in a quiet location!

My golf buddies and I came to town to play a few rounds of golf. The location was central to the areas that we were playing in, and the covered back patio was a welcome amenity especially the pool after a hot day of golfing. The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property. The owner contacted me the day we were checking in and made sure that we had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Great location and very nice home

We enjoyed the quiet location with easy access to shopping and the freeway. The house was clean and as described. We would love to stay there again in the future. Pool and go tub were a nice add on for us and the communication with the owner was right on.
