Amazing Property. Pool, Spa and Grounds are 5 Star. The room is spacious and impeccable. The amenities are so wonderful and appreciated. This all makes you feel like you’re in an international five star resort.

Clean and convenient stay in design district
Pros: Nice aesthetic, walkable to downtown, thoughtful snack bar area. To consider: two chairs (instead of one) would be nice inside the rooms, room 6 is subject to noise from the sliding door to the snack area as people go in and out and bang it shut.

The property is well maintained and the interior design is nice. It is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The owner is very nice and responds quickly. I know they are new and things are getting better each week, but here are my thoughts. We asked for a kitchenette so we could prepare our meals. There was a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. There was no microwave, cutlery, dishcloths, proper glassware, bowls, etc. So we couldn't prepare any meals. They do have a lovely shared area with a microwave we could walk over to, but not the same. Also, only 2 bath towels, no hand towels and 2 wash clothes for 2 people for 4 days. There was no housekeeping so nothing replaced. And only one bedside table - need 2. But, even after these comments, I would stay again and I will recommend it! I see they respond to the comments are improving constantly.
