"Check-in was awkward - we were given a room initially that was still occupied, which caused concerns for our own security. The staff fixed it quickly but did not seem remorseful or concerned. Our showerhead was broken, as well. Bed was clean enough, AC did not work great but it was better than nothing. ..."

"I stayed during the heatwave, and it was a very last minute booking. Unfortunately, the hotel air-con system wasn't working, but they accommodated me with an upper-floor room where I could open the windows and provided me with a fan, so it wasn't that bad. The room was clean and spacious. I checked in very late, I called to warn them, and that was no issue at all. The staff was really nice. They provided free water bottles. The room had a mini-fridge. Well located with tram and metro at its feet. Restaurants, shops, ATM... Not too noisy for the location, even with the windows open overnight."
