Suffered 4 nights without adequate heating where only 2 out of 5 radiators emitting heat but unadjustable meaning can’t turn the heat up to keep up with the leaky windows blasting cold air inside the apartment. Contacted the host first night but no action were taken until the morning we checked out at 10 am when two repairmen showed up. I guess the next guests won’t suffer anymore so that’s a good thing. In the US it is against the law not providing essential services such as heat during low temperatures to the tenants so this is unacceptable for my stay.

This accommodation was definitely worth the price, The photos accurately represent what you can expect, We enjoyed a five-night stay and found there to be ample space for two people, The bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen (equipped with a fridge, small freezer, and washing machine) were all great, This CheckMyGuest provides more amenities compared to other apartments in the same price range, We had no issues with hot water or taking long showers, The check-in process was simple and smooth,br/br/The location is ideal, situated on one of the main streets in the area and close to all necessary amenities, We discovered several restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as grocery stores within a 10-minute walk, The Opera metro station is conveniently close by, providing easy access to various parts of Paris, Additionally, there is a shuttlebus to CDG airport located next to the metro station,br/br/Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory, although there was some dust on surfaces such as walls and windowpanes, We suggest keeping the bathroom window slightly ajar due to the common sewage smell in Paris, Additionally, a few of the small tables were damaged, and there was some noise from the street during the night,

Bel appartement trÚs bien située à quelques pas de l'opéra Garnier. Malheureusement, le lit est totalement inconfortable, matelas trop mince, manque d'oreiller pour 3 adultes, aucune réponses à nos demandes pendant le séjours. Odeur malsaine provenant du drain de la douche. Aucune air climatisé avant notre 7Úme jours malgré une demane AVANT et à notre arrivée. Le reste est bien, propre, cuisine complÚte et assez d'espace pour 3 adultes.
