Paris by the Louvre Museum

The staff is actually amazing! So kind and generous with information. The beds were so comfortable, and the sheets were beautiful quality. The hotel is a wonderful location. The only thing to know is acoustically the walls are thin but is to be understood. You’re staying in Paris in old buildings. My room overlooked a beautiful church in the back of the Louvre!

One night in Paris

Exceptionally warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Guided us directly to the lifts and showed us the availability of free tea/coffee/cake in the lobby and explained our room amenities. Room was wonderful - very well laid out and very comfortable. Staff on check out again were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, helping us store our bags for a full day. We were only there for one night as a stop over but I will absolutely choose this hotel again in future as location, comfort and staff were outstanding.

Paris at its exquisite best!

The location was perfect for us to tackle our goal of seeing the Mona Lisa. The staff were amazingly friendly -almost to a fault. Always happy even thought the lift had broken and cases needed to be carried up to the fifth floor. Our room was quaint and ridiculously comfortable. The front desk team were so welcoming, so helpful, even understood my poor french! The breakfast in the cave of the basement was so cute! The fresh bread, rolls, cheeses meats and Juices were a delightful way to begin our Parisian exploits. Again - the service was first class. We will always stay here - the service team was outstanding - the proximity to Le Pont Neuf makes it perfectly located for trips on the Seine, visiting Notre Dame and shopping on La Rue de Rivoli.

This was the perfect locale for a stay in Paris! It is across the street from the Louvre and the river. We walked everywhere. So many beautiful things in walking distance. The staff was amazing and though as a boutique hotel the space is European-small, the property was lovely and pristine clean.

This felt more like a two star property. We weren’t greeted at the front, had to struggle with the door to get our bags in. There is a front desk and a small elevator plus a little sitting area. I really thought for what we paid that we may be in the wrong place. The room was incredibly small and it made me wish we rented an airbnb which we;ve done before in Paris and had a lot more space. The bathroom is even smaller and if you are tall, sitting on the toilet you will hit your knees on the tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
