The good: It is in a great location, and I was able to book Last minute. The bad: I was not given a key for my room (they were having issues) perfect no problem, was only there to sleep anyway. The next morning the new concierge demanded a key.. when I said I wasn't given one, and he kept asking for it! Then he needed to check I had paid for the room even though I gave him all of my details which showed it was paid. I asked him to call his co worker from the night before. Eventually let me go. Would not return.

Ideal access to buses and metro, Able to walk to most attractions.took train to veryAirport CDG. very reasonable price. however food and drink are raised in price if you sit and dine outside. Sit inside if you wan feel local attmosphere. Thankyou for hospitality at hotel and from city folks,

Fabulous location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Renovations were underway and unfortunately lift broke down for 3 days. We were up on 4th floor. They offered to change our rooms to a lower level. Couldnt fault the staff. Merci beaucoup.
