For the price we where expecting a better room. Seems to be for those canceled airline passengers that get a one night room. We also had our room opened twice by maids in the morning, only one knocked on the door the just came in to realize we where still in bed. In addition we could not close the door from inside , needs repair. We have stayed many times in Ibis Hotels in the past this was not up to the same level. Sorry just being honest.

Adieu ibis

We arrived very late and were given a room which smelled horrible. The bathroom reeked and there was no hot water nor any pressure to take a shower. I always stay at the ibis Every time I come to Paris but I’m afraid this will be the last time. So disappointed.

OK for a short overnight layover. Rooms are basic bare bones, very small and cramped. If you are using Terminal 2, take a taxi. We decided to take the shuttle train and it took us almost an hour from T-2, L concourse to the hotel.

Extremely overpriced, not helpful

Staying at the Ibis in CDG airport felt like staying in a Formule 1 hotel. That's not a compliment. The biggest problem with this hotel is that my room was extremely overpriced for the very basic amenities provided. The phone system did not even allow me to speak with anyone at the front desk; I was thus unable to find out exactly where the hotel was, and how to reach it. I had to ask maintenance workers who barely spoke French to help me find the hotel. To top off this terrible experience, when I plugged in my computer to charge it overnight, which is a rather standard expectation when one uses a wall socket, instead of yielding a charged laptop in the morning, what was left of my laptop's battery charge had drained completely overnight. Thanks, Ibis, quelle delicate attention.

Very convenient location. 2 min walk to train to get to the terminal. Room and bathroom have the cheapest furniture and decor nd the bathroom is tires nd old. There’s one soap dispenser nd that’s it. Thin and cheap towels. Air conditioning barely works - I couldn’t sleep because it was hot. Thermostat is centrally controlled so not much use

Of course, location is the greatest asset of this hotel. We booked it with proximity to CDG airport in mind. The room is small but clean with the basic amenities of a 3-star hotel. It’s right next to Terminal 3 so the level of traffic is high. Don’t expect a picturesque environment. Surprisingly, we were not offered free parking. We had to pay $7.50 for the first 2 hours, then another $16 for the overnight period. At a Campanile in Chaville, underground parking was free, and we could go in and out at will.

Our Booking was for 2-nights. Initial room was in poor repair and cramped. Shower drain blocked, dirty drain cap dislodged, toilet roll holder broken away from wall, light fitting pulled away from wall & hanging on wires, water damaged doors.... The good news is the response of staff the next day on seeing photos of damage etc. We were provided a much better room for the 2nd night.
