Jangle hotel is a great little hotel near CDG airport, with fast free shuttle, free breakfast and free parking which are huge for an airport hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the property is very nice. The rooms have a bit of an airflow problem and they felt very humid and a little dank, being able to open the windows and better air conditioning would be a remedy. The pool situation however is quite a letdown. Don’t let the beautiful pictures deceive you, the Plaine Oxygen Rec center is a public space and is crowded, also, make sure you bring your competitive swimwear, as board shorts are not allowed for some reason, and it’s €25+ for “approved” swimwear. The hotel is very sustainable and it’s clear they care deeply for the one and only planet we call home. Overall, jangle is a good value near Paris airport for a short or extended stay I’ve

The hotel has 4 stars but is dirty, moldy, smells, has very old dirty carpets. Bathroom is not veey clean and bed matresses have stains on them. Overall is a VERY POOR MANAGED hotel. Their shuttle driver is extremelly rude and refused to take us stating has too many passengers. He did not even try calling for someone else.

We would like to give a shout out to the staff in particular to Lily at the front desk. Lily went above and beyond in helping us navigate through the process of obtaining tickets to got to DISNEYLAND. The room attendant who within an hour of our checking into our room composed herself VERY well after just walking into our room and seeing me completely naked, the next time she came to the room she knocked first 😁 And for anyone who cares to try the food, we were thoroughly impressed, BUT I was most impressed with what, at the age of 60+, I was absolutely blown away by what I have to proclaim as the best Club sandwich I have ever eaten 😍

Did not like the breakfast chioces but the Fish @&chips at the restaurant were amazing. I had them 3 times - much better and higher quality then at Hard Rock hotel room service. Room temp was off- it was warm at night time.

We were seated for dinner, but no one came to take our order. We finally left and had to buy snacks for our dinner. Also, we registered for the morning airport shuttle when we checked in. In the morning we went to the shuttle and were told there wasn’t room for us. A family had more people than they registered and they took our seats. Instead of removing them, we were told to go back into the hotel and take a later shuttle. They were very unorganized. We took an Uber instead. Very poor service.

Do not use the electric car charger outside. There are free chargers available in the indoor parking. I wasn’t informed about them—only the outdoor charger was suggested to me. It ended up costing me $40 with no service, and the sign-up process was very complicated. It was automatically charged to my credit card, without a clear explanation. The hotel has much more potential, but it gives off a strange vibe.
