Novotel Suites CDG is convenient and easily accessible from the airport, with a mall roughly 20 minutes away. The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning during winter. The room relied on heating only, which made it feel rather stuffy.

Rooms were worn and carpets were dirty. Initial staff although friendly was not very helpful with the issue of the airport shuttle which we waited for, based on the instructions provided by the hotel, to take us from the airport to the hotel. We waited for over an hour before a third party van was tracked down through the help of another hotels driver. Hotel staff upon arrival said that there's no shuttle from the airport until 4pm. So if you're booking a hotel with a shuttle and looking for clean well maintained rooms and not false advertising then do not stay here.

Everyone at the hotel was so wonderful. We had a medical emergency and the staff was so helpful. They arranged ambulance service and stayed with us throughout the ordeal. We requested fresh towels and they offered us room servicing way after hours. The hotel personnel went way above beyond what would be expected!!
