The whole quirkiness of the hotel was fantastic....the staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel special... would recommend this hotel 5 stars...the closeness to Disneyland is fantastic ...big shout out to all the staff well done you made my 50th birthday extra special

Checked in Late massive queue but Reception Staff man explained this was normal.He was excellent but more staff at normal busy periods would improve experience. Entrance down hallway to room a bit freaky.Carpets dated and dirty. Room cold on arrival. Unwelcoming. Shower a dribble. Towels stained and thin well past sell by date. Coffee machine u/s.Never Again!!!!

Great room . Would not recommend booking with expedia. We went online to change our room to a two double bed room from a trundle bed. expedia then removed my park tickets from my booking and told me to wait for a refund back or buy my tickets separately. I had to buy my tickets separately incase i didn't receive my refund quick enough. It cost me £137 more. Disgusting because it was their mistake and wasn't in in resolving their mistake

Hotel Cheyenne is the perfect disney on site hotel if youe not looking to pay lots for a hotel. Hotel is walkable to disney parks and has a shuttle bus roughly every 15 mins. Buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner was delicious with lots choice for different diet requirements and lots of veggie options. Room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed however we stayed for 3 night and every night you could hear screaming and excitable kids from other rooms as the rooms are poorly sound proofed and all have the interconnecting doors for large groups which again always allow noise through if someone is occupying the room your connected too. Overall very good hotel and wasnt too expensive for the package deal.
