DETAILS: Gorgeous unit with a spectacular view of Pawleys Island Jack Nicklaus designed course. This unit has it all with comfy beds flat screens spacious and well equipped for a content and comfortable stay. Four Queen size beds inviting living room flat screens hardwood floors and a fantastic view of the golf course. This condo is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Rest well and play hard while surrounded by mature landscaping and lovely picturesque surroundings. Nothing more to ask for this has it all. This home is a pet-friendly property. We do charge a pet fee of $150 so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet.

Great location and excellent community

The bed was hard a rock and I prefer one that’s soft, but that’s a personal preference. The home could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I had to go pick up the pool key at office so a bit inconvenient. Also the pool we had access too is old and in full shade all day. With all that said we loved the location. We played a round of golf and enjoyed the peace and quiet as we enjoyed the rear deck every evening watching others play.

Kicking back at Roxies on Pawleys.

Roxies on Pawley's was very nice and plenty of room for a family of four. Pawleys Island Beach was only 15 minutes away and by far better than paying to go to beach at Huntingdon State Park. My reccomendation would be to get there no later than 9:30 or trouble parking. Very quiet peaceful beach. The condo was in very nice shape and the showers had good pressure and hot water. The screened in porch was very relaxing at night. We used the pool one day and that was very nice as well. Not overcrowded at all. We got to see a couple Aligators on the course ponds and a few raccoons running around at night. Good for the animal lover. Weather was very nice all week 80 to 85. . Golf Course was closed for rennovation and everyday was waking up at 6:15 to machinery and refurbishing the 10th hole. Just luck of the draw , I would definately go back to this condo as this was not the owners fault and probably no knowledge of the rennovation week. This is a nice place for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway away from the Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Quaint and relaxing.

Loved the condo and area

Overall wonderful! I would suggest either getting rid of kitchen and bathroom mats or get new ones..yuck. you might want to let people know there is going to be noise early mornings when the machines come out to groom the golf course. Kitchen cookware in need of updates and additions. We had to have our entry code switched mid stream and the code we were provided didnt work so were were stuck outside with groceries and with guests arriving. Thankfully when I called the problem was rectified quickly...great customer service. It would have been nice to have the pool open with some of the hot days...also we had to hunt for the pool key...might be nice to leave it out in the open. These are meant to be suggestions not complaints...just left this morning and already miss it.

Getaway

Never recommend anyone to stay here. The water inly stays got 5 minutes. So you end up with cold shower. It shows a pool house and pool. But its only outside pool and can only be used in summer. Not kid friendly. The people below us told us we sounded like a heard of elephants because we had 2 dogs... definitely not a place to take kids or dogs unless they dont play. Horrible property people.

Clean property, easy checkin, great views. Enjoyed the stay. Needs a few upgrades and simple maintenance issues resolved like cabinet doors coming off the hinges and towel bars that keep falling off. But otherwise would stay again.

Great location, poorly maintained

We've had great past experiences at Pawleys Plantation, but this property was not an experience to be repeated. The floors and furniture were dusty and stained. The dryer door was broken, so we couldn't do laundry. The dishwasher door had to be slammed repeatedly to close. The vertical blinds were inoperable and the neighbors kept their TV at a volume where we could hear the dialog of every show and commercial. It just felt like a rental that had outlived its lifespan and desperately needed maintenance attention. We've paid a similar nightly fee for much better accommodations in the same complex previously.
