Just a short walk to the beach, and conveniently located near a creekside boat landing, this home has all the charm of historic homes on Pawleys Island and all the modern conveniences you could want, including a whole house Halo 5 water filtration system. The main floor has 10ft ceilings and heart pine floors throughout. There is a bar area with an ice maker in the great room, and there are 2 sets of sliding glass doors that open to the extensive screened porch. The sizable, elevated pool is also on the main level and located off the great room. The outstanding kitchen has a 5-burner gas cooktop, double wall ovens, microwave drawer, two dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Quartz countertops and granite top on the island and breakfast bar. The main floor has two bedrooms, two baths and a half bath. One of the main floor bedrooms is a master suite with a king bed and a luxurious bath featuring double sinks and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

The top floor features 9ft ceilings and heart pine floors throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on this floor. Bedroom #3 is the top floor master suite, with a fabulous bath featuring double sinks, garden tub and walk-in shower with double shower heads. The master suite opens to the top floor covered porch with beautiful views of Pawleys creek. Bedroom 4 also opens to the porch and has a queen bed, and a set of bunks with Trundle. The private bath has double sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 opens to a private sundeck with elevated creek view and a peek of the ocean. This bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 has a queen bed and a private bath with tub/shower combination. Other amenities include a half-bath on the main floor, 2 laundry rooms, one on the main floor and one on the top floor, a three-stop elevator, ample parking underneath, an enclosed outside shower and lots of room for beach equipment. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
