House was very clean and nicer in person than depicted in photos! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Decor is relaxing and uncluttered. Beach is nearby. Had bikes with us and lots of places to ride. Would definitely stay again!

We stay at this home every year. When it was sold last year we were a little concerned the new owners/management might change the home but fortunately it is still lovely. The house information book needs to be updated- there's been a change in trash pickup schedule, for example, and the Roku TV has limited options and is not user friendly ( and no instructions), but otherwise a wonderful property.

We had a great week in this incredible house! It is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened portion of the back porch, where we took our morning coffee. Fantastic house/location!

We’ve been coming to Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach for years and this is the best rental spot we’ve ever rented. It’s perfectly set up and decorated and ready to accommodate a group or family. We loved it and will look to book it again!
