Welcome to The Dwelling Place! Cute as a button Peaks Island cottage with plenty of space to dwell: large yard, patio, fire pit, and covered front porch! Inside you'll find a spacious living room with TV, vaulted ceilings, and French doors to the patio and grill. Two bedrooms and futon in living room. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed. 6 min walk to ferry, restaurants, and market. A/C, too! STHR-006635-2025

The Space:
The Dwelling Place is set back off the Main Street offering a quiet retreat. Offering single level living, yet is far more spacious than a typical single story cottage. Large entry way, two proper bedrooms (queen and full bed), dining area, living room, sitting area (can be transformed for a working space), kitchen, and bathroom. This is the perfect home for a small group or family. There is a great covered front porch to enjoy the outside in the event of uncooperative weather. The spacious yard is flat and fully fenced - perfect for kids that like to move around and parents who want to relax. Sunday to Sunday rentals only through Labor Day, weekend rentals available by inquiry through October.
