Large private backyard with a heated pool lounging deck plus outdoor dining for 8 and Cozy fire pit area.



The pool is heated and is 5x3.5 metres - depth is 1.2 metres to 1.6 metres.



We are one block back from the beach. Walk to the beach cafe and restaurant in less than one minute and can go to sleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the sounds of kookaburras.



Guest Access:

You have the whole house and grounds to yourself. This is a full time holiday retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Pearl Beach is quiet, leafy, exclusive and secluded.

We are in a residential area and have the community centre next door.



Getting Around:

Walking is best, once you get here.



Other Things to Note:

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000. A fee of $59 will be automatically included in booking folio.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.

You have the house to yourself, however myself and my team are contactable at all times should you need anything.
