Relax & Unwind in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Welcome to our cozy retreat in Penn Yan, NY, nestled on a quiet hill surrounded by apple orchards and rolling vineyards. While there's a peek of Keuka Lake through the trees, the real charm here is the peaceful setting-perfect for sipping coffee on the porch, unwinding after a day of exploring, or just soaking in the fresh country air.

We bought this home in fall 2024 and fully renovated the interior to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. We live just a few miles away, so if you need anything during your stay, we're always happy to help!

Penn Yan and the surrounding Finger Lakes region are full of things to see and do:

Wineries & Breweries – Some of the best spots nearby include Abandon Brewing Co., Climbing Bines, Vineyard View, and plenty of other great wineries surrounding the lakes
Downtown Penn Yan – A short drive away, you’ll find quaint shops, cozy cafés such as Amity Coffee, and great local restaurants.
Wedding Venues – If you’re here for a wedding, venues like Crispin Hill, Esperanza View, and Belhurst Castle are all close by.
Outdoor Adventures – Hike or bike the Keuka Outlet Trail, rent a kayak, head down to Watkins Glenn, or take a scenic drive around the lake.
Farm Markets & Orchards – Depending on the season, you can pick apples and grapes at the nearby Apple Barrel, shop for fresh produce, or grab homemade treats from local farm stands.

Harvest View is a recently renovated, modern home located in Penn Yan, NY, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with arrangements available for up to 8 guests upon prior request. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.

*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour.

*Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill.

*Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in front of the parking signs.

*We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return!

Very peaceful location. It was a great home base for our stay to visit family. Loved sitting out on the deck. If you want a good workout, do a lap or 2 down to the main road and back up the hill. Hopefully we’ll be back on our next trip!

Very cute and cozy home!

Check in was so simple and the homeowner, Karl, was very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time in this very cute and cozy home. We didn't use the deck area or the grill because of the rain but we wanted to. I would recommend this home to any family who plans to visit the area! We would have loved a kettle and body wash and shampoo. Most the of the places we have stayed at always had toiletries provided so we were disappointed to see there wasn’t any. Apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

The homeowner was very responsive to any questions before our stay and told us exactly what to expect with check in, check out and how to leave the rental. The house is adorable, clean and had some fun games (loved the ping pong). We were close enough to wineries to enjoy them as well see some of the beautiful scenery around the lake. My only regret is that we didn't plan to stay longer.

Loved staying at this home. It was clean, simple and comfy. Adequately equipped with dishes, games, wine and local Finger Lakes Coffee. The views were nice, particularly the lake at night. Good food choices in nearby Penn Yan and convenient to many wineries on the trail. Great communication with the owner, Karl. I will definitely consider this property when making future trips to the Finger Lakes. Thank you!
